@Plsam, I assume that you are applying for a CR-1 or IR-1 visa? Waiting and patience will possibly be your life for the next 6-8 months. After the visa gets approved by USCIS, it then goes to the National Visa Center (NVC). Somewhere between the NVC and the Consulate interview paperwork is collected for the Adjustment of Status (AOS) so that once your spouse enters the USA they can use their visa as a Green Card (GC) until receiving the actual GC. From there it goes to the Consulate in the country of your spouse and sometimes interviews do not happen right away and you have to wait, depending on the Consulate. Then once your spouses visa is approved at the Consulate stage there is a wait for the visa to come back with your point of entry (POE) paperwork. Hang tight, I know its stressful to wait, just look at my timeline of the waiting I have had to do.
Thank you for the word of encouragement

I'm not an expert, but I see no harm in submitting it......if you are willing to live with the ever so slight possibility that a K-3 might be approved (extremely unlikely)
So I should just hold on . Anyway the reason why am suggesting it is that to help speed up my I-130

Greeting to the experts in the house please I want to ask is it advisable to ask my lawyer to file for I-129f now I have been waiting for my NOA2 for the 6th month.

They are mismanaged. That's all that it boils down to. There's no production goals at the service centers.
What's funny is Potomac is processing petitions within 90 days~ from all the cases I have tracked from Jan to March of 2019 I stopped tracking past March
And it will only get worse since there's no real consequences. No one gets fired. They have plenty excuses to use and they don't really have to be truthful to you. That's why they don't really update Potomac processing times to be factual. Otherwise they'll get a mob of folks flooding the call centers.
Change will only happen if there's like massive protests but since that won't happen the status quo will continue.
Serious I think potomac is still the best centre

Good day expert in the house why is it that nebrask centre is too slow compire to other center their waiting period is now 11 -14month, instead of going forward it keep pushing backward.

You do realize that VisaJourney data is not official, right? It is based on what members self-report, and that is it.
Thanks

Ah, that! According to your timeline, your I-130 PD is in April 2019. That means you have a long wait ahead of you before your approval (NOA2).
Okay thanks can one subject when it will be approve because am seeing some people that received NOA1 around Feb and March and by June they already received their NOA 2

Hello Psalm,
You are going to have to be patient. An average of 6 to 8 months before receiving NOA2... Take care,
Alix
Thanks
