we call it Marriage certificate in the US
    Apostille being a French word
You need to get the marriage certificate from Rabat (Ministry of Justice)
it will have an embossed stamp to verify it
you need to have it translated into English (translation must be done by a sworn translator (sworn by Court of Appeals)
Immigration wants both Arabic and English one
immigration (for Morocco ) will want an original as the paper size for Morocco is slighty larger than US paper
and they are aware of this
Not a copy as other countries can send

Be aware immigration has special requests for morocco

you also should get an original for yourself and IRS as you will need it in the US
You USC spouse should also add the Moroccan on tax returns for 2019 by sending an W7 form along with your birth certificate,  marriage certificate / this is important to the Casa embassy
USC can message me here and ask about this

I’m not sure about all the other countries and their requirements, but I got mine apostilled and translated with the translator certificate after our wedding. We got married in Brazil and I went back to the US for a few months got it apostilled and translated. It’s helped very much! Anytime someone asks for it I put it out and make a copy to send off. Never,  NEVER, mail anyone your original apostilled copy. I only present it in person.

You said she was charged with a felony....
Just "threatening" with a weapon is usually classed as a misdemeanor in most States and usually won't get you a 6 month stay in jail unless there were other aggravating circumstances---you may not be getting the full story from your spouse.  Is this her only offence?

Most you can do at this point is ensure you are making a sound decision in marrying this person, make sure you know the complete circumstances surrounding her arrest/jail time/probation/etc.

(I don't want you to think I'm judging your fiancee or your relationship at all---I'm not as I have a history too, albeit not DV related)
