@Greenbaum, our status changed from immigrant Ready to Non Immigrant Application received day before yday. But today it is still non immigrant but from application received it changed to AP again. Any idea what’s going on ? From other members what I thought for K1 visa was once changed to non immigrant the next step is visa issued. Why did ours went bk to AP again ?

I checked with lawyer after status "application return to Visa Center", he guide me that it takes more time instead waiting for long time. Better get marry in India and stay in 30 days collect, go for family trip etc., get all needed documents and apply for CR1 that takes nearly year. Just followed the same. I applied for CR1 end of Oct, 2018. Waiting for approval. I canceled k1 visa since nothing needs to pending apply for new visa and got a letter for k1 got expired. Hope this time We will get it. Expecting my family will join with me end of this year 2019. Yes I agree, it is lot of pain. No other options. Please stay in God hope never loose the confidence. Best of luck. This can help few of those folks looking for some feedback from me. It may good or bad for you. Just sharing my case. All the best and best of luck again. 

We did the same thing we were married in India after that honeymoon trip everything n mine visa is cr1 but they gave 221g n I m still in administrative processing it's been 76 days

It's second time emailed first when I sent they said 60 days 'll take to resolved after 60 days I called they said email them n after that I emailed n after 2 days status updatednow waiting for good response

I just checked today my status they updated my case the last was 14 February n it's now 24 April what should I understand they r working on my case?

In my case, they asked for the passport after I submitted the documents so I thought it was the end of AP hence they asked for it. I guess not, because I have not heard back yet! Passport reached consulate on April 9th.

U submitted passport by post or by hand?

Yes embassy was working idk but helpline was working so they said it 'll closed on Saturday and Sunday

My passport reached the consulate on April 9th and the case was updated on that day to reflect administrative processing. Radio silence since. You think they have made us wait enough but apparently not. I was pretty thrilled that they asked for my passport in 3 days of submitting documents so I allowed myself to get a bit too excited. Oh well! 

My 60 days completed today but the thing is good Friday is tommorw  n I can't call them it's 3 holidays I 'll call on money I hope there is good news
