You might want to fix an infopass appointment at the nearest USCIS office
Someone told me there is no infopass anymore in Chicago.

Both of the addresses below are for the Phoenix Lockbox, just depends on how you choose to send it. Fedex & UPS cannot deliver to a PO box, so you must use the street address. However, I think, USPS should be able to deliver to the street address, as long as it is addressed properly.
For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
USCIS
P.O. BOX 21200
Phoenix, AZ 85036For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
USCIS
Attn: I-751
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
Suite 100
Phoenix, AZ 85034Thanks!
I received my documents back ...
Even though I applied with a waiver ( divorce ), it said ,” we are returning your JOINT petition, as your joint petition was received prior to the 90 day period ..”
It also said :” basis for Petition “ was no t completed.
However , they scanned each page , and each page has a some numbers - code .
Does anyone have experience like that?
I know for sure that I can remove conditions after the divorce , without waiting 90 day period .

You are correct. Since you are filing as divorce waiver and your divorce has been finalized, you can file I-751 anytime before your 2yr GC expires.
USCIS Lockbox facilities are operated by a Department of Treasury designated financial agent, JPMorgan Chase has this contract for some lockbox locations.
The I-751 filing address for the Phoenix Lockbox sent via USPS is:
USCIS
P.O. BOX 21200
Phoenix, AZ 85036Did you sent your package to this address?
Thanks!
No, the paralegal told me I can’t send to lockbox , and therefore she told me to send to 1820 E Sky Harbor and gave me USPS box ... So it was sent it there by USPS, and signed by someone in Chase bank ...

Did you include Form G-1145 for e-notification in your package? If not, then the first sign that your case has been accepted is when your check gets cashed.
If for some reason (Early filing/Not signed/Incomplete forms/Payment Issues etc) your package is rejected, it may take upto a month to get it back.
I appreciate your help)
I didn’t send 1145 form , because I had no idea about it . My documents were prepared with a paralegal help, and they didn’t tell me about it. Also, they told me to send documents via USPS to Phoenix , even though, I was going to send to it to Lockbox . They told me it’s not correct. Now my documents signed by someone in Chase bank, in the same building as immigr.office . I googled it, and some people had the same issue in the past, but not sure if they documents were successfully delivered to immigr.

I am not %100 sure how it works with divorce waiver but I thought you couldn't file for ROC earlier than the 3 month window. And as far as I read, they would reject your application if you apply earlier than that.
Thanks for your message.
During Removing conditions after a divorce does not require to wait 3 month period before GC expires. All other cases - you are right .

Absolutely true
No. I’m sure that anyone can send 751 right after divorce . No need to wait until 90 days .

You may have to go through an extra step to get the waiver approved, perhaps it goes to another section etc.
Thanks for your answer, but not sure what you meant?
I applied with a divorce & abuse waiver . What extra step it might take?
I also sent it earlier then 3 months before my GC expires, because I already have divorce papers.

Should I worry if I still didn't receive any letter from them and the check wasn't cashed?
I called them , they still don’t see it in the system .
What should I do ? Help 🎈🎈🎈
