It is possible that the lockbox employee may have made a mistake in rejecting your package. You would need to send the package again. But before sending it again I would recommend contacting the Lockbox Support at LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov and try to clarify the reason your package was rejected. Here is more information on contacting them:

    https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contact-us

    Good luck!

    2. For Part 1, Question 10, you selected "Divorced" as your martial status?

    4. For Part 3 Basis for Petition, you checked box for 1.d ?

    2. Yes.

    3. Yes.

    4. I checked 1d and 1e.

Both of the addresses below are for the Phoenix Lockbox, just depends on how you choose to send it. Fedex & UPS cannot deliver to a PO box, so you must use the street address. However, I think, USPS should be able to deliver to the street address, as long as it is addressed properly.

    For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

    USCIS
    P.O. BOX 21200
    Phoenix, AZ 85036

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

    USCIS
    Attn: I-751
    1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
    Suite 100
    Phoenix, AZ 85034

    Thanks!

I received my documents back ...

Even though I applied with a waiver ( divorce ), it said ,” we are returning your JOINT petition, as your joint petition was received prior to the 90 day period ..”

It also said :” basis for Petition “ was no t completed.

However , they scanned each page , and each page has a some numbers - code .

Does anyone have experience like that?

I know for sure that I can remove conditions after the divorce , without waiting 90 day period .

You are correct. Since you are filing as divorce waiver and your divorce has been finalized, you can file I-751 anytime before your 2yr GC expires.

USCIS Lockbox facilities are operated by a Department of Treasury designated financial agent, JPMorgan Chase has this contract for some lockbox locations.

The I-751 filing address for the Phoenix Lockbox sent via USPS is:

    USCIS
    P.O. BOX 21200
    Phoenix, AZ 85036

Did you sent your package to this address?

    Thanks!

No, the paralegal told me I can’t send to lockbox , and therefore she told me to send to 1820 E Sky Harbor and gave me USPS box ... So it was sent it there by USPS, and signed by someone in Chase bank ...

Did you include Form G-1145 for e-notification in your package? If not, then the first sign that your case has been accepted is when your check gets cashed.

If for some reason (Early filing/Not signed/Incomplete forms/Payment Issues etc) your package is rejected, it may take upto a month to get it back.

    I appreciate your help)

I didn’t send 1145 form , because I had no idea about it . My documents were prepared with a paralegal help, and they didn’t tell me about it. Also, they told me to send documents via USPS to Phoenix , even though, I was going to send to it to Lockbox . They told me it’s not correct. Now my documents signed by someone in Chase bank, in the same building as immigr.office . I googled it, and some people had the same issue in the past, but not sure if they documents were successfully delivered to immigr.

I am not %100 sure how it works with divorce waiver but I thought you couldn't file for ROC earlier than the 3 month window. And as far as I read, they would reject your application if you apply earlier than that.

    Thanks for your message.

During Removing conditions after a divorce does not  require to wait 3 month period before GC expires. All other cases - you are right .
