I agree. Not sure how your screen looks compared to mine, but I have an "Options" button on the right side of the screen above the messages .... under it there is an "Switch to: Standard" option to select.

What I would do is simply let her hear you telling somebody else. If she cares at all, then she'll know without you pointing it out to her so she can't make a snide remark back to you or waste your time while she justifies her decision to you or herself. In fact, just act like she wasn't important enough to tell at all and you could care less about her opinion at this point.

I don't think the fear or losing a job should outweigh the need to stick up for yourself. Besides, if she files a complaint to HR and has the documentation to back up the complaint and then gets fired because of it she could wind up winning the lottery in our court system. It's worth a shot! American juries do NOT look kindly upon corporations that allow harrasment of employees.

Seriously, the LDS Church has been telling it's members for years to be prepared for hard times in the future. Food storage, getting out of debt, etc. And at the same time the leaders have always stated that they have no more of an idea about when tragic events were going to occur than anyone else... it's just good to be prepared for the unknown/unexpected. If your "friend" tells you anything different then it's only his/her opinion and he/she might need to be under the supervision of a shrink.
