  1. I was born in Pittsburgh, live in California, tried for over 3 months to get the so-called “long version” but only ended up with a small form, blank on the back, like hers. I had a topic up asking about it and one member answered that after a certain age, they only issue the short form. It will be ok (as fwaguy said) :thumbs: – they asked for a copy, she will give a copy of what she has.

  2. When my girlfriend finished up all the paperwork to file the I-129F she told me that her birth certificate's flipside was completely empty, not even a pattern. I read that one has to copy both pages but she didn't because it didn't make any sense. Could it be that she might have had the short version instead of the required long version? I don't remember whether her parent's names were on it. Does Utah usually have or issue the long version? I can't reach her now because she just left to work...
