I agree with @missileman.
You would be best served if you were to become a member of your sub-forum here on VJ. You will get first hand "boots on the ground" answers to your question. Morocco is a very difficult embassy and we have seen AP last for some for 6 months.
Hello greenbaum,
Thank you for your help.
I interviewed for k1 visa In Lagos Nigeria exactly 2 weeks ago and I was approved.
I am tracking my passport with website but it still says passport is with embassy.
I'm supposed to travel in 2 days. What do i do. I don't know who to call.
Must the whole process be this tiring

Scheduling the interview can take 1 to 3 months as the schedule is booked that far out. Once you pay the $265USD visa fee at GTB Bank, you can go online to schedule an appointment at www.ustraveldocs.com You can get the forms online at http://nigeria.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visa_forms.html No need to go to the consulate to pick up forms. Download forms if unexpired or get current versions of same forms. Email LagosIV@state.gov for your interview date.

Wet signatures are no longer required for I-134 for your Nigeria interview. You are able to send in scanned documents.
Thank you so much. I have been waiting for P3

Hi People,
I filed and received NOA1 on the 24th of April.
I await their response.
I hope this goes fast in Nigeria.
Today is a sad day for me.
Everyone is receiving NOA2 but i got a request for additional evidence.
We were told they will send us the list of RFE before August 2nd.
When will i get approved and how long will it take for them to accept our evidence.

Hi AlinaJack,
We hope for the best. I have very strong instincts that our interview date will be sometime in September.
Lets keep the fire alive.
We deserve to be with who we love.
Cheers.

Hello Greenbaum,
Thank you for your kind help from day 1, I’m in U.S now we got married before the lockdown but couldn’t get the certificate because all offices are closed, I can’t even get the wedding certificate online.
My major issue is that my K1 visa expires in 2 weeks, I can’t file AOS because I do not have a certificate, all I have is the marriage liscence. What do you advice I do, I don’t want to be sent back, I already got married within the 90 days mark but can’t just file AOS yet.
will I get in trouble with USCIS?
will there be repercussions like Sending me back to Nigeria?
please help me because I’m confused.
Thank you soooo much
