Hey VJ peeps,
Been searching about these questions for the past hours but been finding no luck or I'm just missing it. Hopefully someone can clarify these things for me.
1. My USC Fiancee already got an email letter from NVC (posted below). My fiancee never received a hard copy yet, Will they still send one thru mail or this email is enough for me to print to present so I can get my medical examination?
2. As I checked thru CEAC website, our status already shows 'Ready'. Do I still have to wait for the US Embassy of my country to contact me before I can pay for the visa and schedule an appointment? If yes, are they going to contact me thru email? Coz I've moved to a new location.
3. Do I need to schedule everything right away after the Philippines US Embassy give me the signal or can I delay it for at least 2 months? Some things came up and It would be convenient for me to do the medical and interview after a month or two.
So sorry if these questions have been asked before but I have missed it, really. Thank you very much
We had the same case, we never received the physical letter AT ALL. But I went to go ahead and schedule for my interview and medical. Got approved!!!!! VJ family have been a very big and great help actually.

If you are picking up at MOA it can be available within 3 days. If you are picking up at a local 2GO office near you it will take more time.
It maybe longer for outside Manila 😁.

Yes, it did that right away. Well, when it went to AP. Hopefully it's nothing to be concerned about and it will switch tomorrow. My fiance is going a bit crazy with the waiting but we are hanging in there. It may change her travel plans but we have not booked the flight yet so will just need to adjust our expectations if things don't go as planned.
Hopefully it will get issued tomorrow. Update us.

Really??? I hope it will! Omg! I thought they only pick it up every wed or thurs after 4pm. But your information is way much better hahaha.. yehey! My CFO sched is on March 8 but they said that if you have your visa and passport already, you can just walk in without dealing their online errors. Hehe.
Yeah, that's what I have read about 2go.
Did they tell you that we can just do that? If that's the case then we will just go there once we have our documents on hand. Btw, where will you get your seminar? Mine is March 5 in cebu.

Yehey!! Finally we can have a better sleep. Haha! It will surely be available next week. They've made changes at exactly 2pm today.
Thank God! 🙌🙌🙌
Yes, we can finally have a great sleep for sure!!!! Cant contain my happiness. As far as I know 2go collects all issued passorts/Visas every mon-fri at 5pm. Hopefully ours made the cut 😁.

As I recall I almost threw my Macbook Pro like a discus when trying to register her for CFO back in September.)))) I am glad to be done with it...
It's impossible. I just hope they can find ways to make it better. 😞

OK, I'm getting this same error message "something went wrong" with the following error ....
String or binary data would be truncated.
Please check the Data Entered by the Client.I've tried several different browsers
I will just have my fiancé call Monday since I'm currently in the US. Hopefully they will let her register over the phone. The date is set but it's the registration part that's an issue.
Me too, same issue but the error is different. Below is the error message it shows.
Server Error in '/GCP_Online_Cebu' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

Hopefully they will contact you soon so you would be able to address if there's any issue or additional documents that they need.

Can you screen shot your status?? Mine unfortunately still says Immigrant and its killing me cause now its the weekend ... and i cant do anything till monday.. Someone else pointed out that mine says "Please see the Letter you received at your interview for more information"... but we didnt get any letter. just the pamphlets.
Actually I got that same message the afternoon of the 14th, same day of my interview but everything changed/updated including the case created date on the 19th.

I got that same update/change on the 14th, then when I checked back on the 15th, it has changed to NIV but still AP, up until now. Hoping yours will soon be updated too. By the way, was there any additional documents that was asked to be submitted during the interview or it it was all good?

I'm in the same boat. Interview approved 14 Feb. "Administrative Processing" since 15 Feb. But it was "touched" today (22 Feb) but it still says Immigrant Visa Application "Administrative Processing" . I don't understand whats taking it so long for so many of us. After the interview on the 7th there were some getting issued on the 8th. VOH by the 11th... I understand Presidents day could delay us a day but its already been a week. We had plans to fly next week based on some of the timelines from the Interviews on the 7th.. but now I don't even see us getting VOH until the end of next week. So frustrating that were so close but it feels like were so far. And I don't know what is holding it up or why.
Yeah I understand how you feel, but I guess we really have to wait. It's something really out of our control. Hopefully we will get it sooner.

If online is asking for a copy of your passport and visa, make sure you are scheduling for the GCP seminar (visa not required to attend). Not the PDOS.
Yeah, I was looking at the PDOS but corrected and registered for GCP. Thanks!!

One of the first questions asked by the online system is do you have the visa already. If you answer no, then you do not get asked to upload a photo of it.
We just made our appointment in Cebu for March 12 and were not asked for a copy of the visa and
Did you encounter an error after selecting the date and submitting it? After submission, and when I clicked on the linked attached to complete filling out the form, it keeps giving me an error even if I'm using internet explorer. But when I try to register again, it says I have my appointment date already, however, I cant get to that page where you can get the barcode. Planning to call CFO-Cebu.

You can set an appointment or do schedule for CFO when you still don't have your passport and visa, once you're done with your CFO they will give you a certificate and once you recieved your passport and visa that's the time that you will come back to the CFO and get the stamp.
Oh, ok..I will try to call them since online will ask me to attach a photo of the passport and Visa. Thanks!!!!
Approved on Feb 14...case status is AP still
in Philippines

Yes, 2 more waiting game (getting our docs back and CFO seminar) then we are good to go. All the stress and hardwork will definitely pay off. 🤗 When are you flying?
