Yes. Turns out it was in the informed delivery USPS site. It is under “packages” and it is better to log in via a web browser to see that. It is not a normal envelope. I’m assuming it must be signed for.
I received my “card is in production” early 4/10/2019.
And received “card has been shipped” yesterday - 4/16/2019.
Have you received your approval notices for EAD/AP yet? How long does it usually take for you to receive correspondence from USCIS?

Awesome, I'll check the informed delivery site tomorrow - doesn't have anything listed yet for my address under packages but I only just got the "shipped" notification a few hours ago. Thank you!

It depends on many variables. I don’t have a definitive answer. My whole process from expediting to receiving the EAD combo card (this friday) has been about a month. Almost 4 weeks, I did however, when the email came through about the RFE (proof) did not submit the email also. I resubmitted on the 28th of March. I also had my congresswoman working on my situation.
Hey Michael, how long did it take to receive your card in the mail from the "card is sent" notification? Also, did you have USPS informed delivery set up (and did it show the information for the combo card coming in the mail)?

Just received a text & email for a status change: "My Card Was Mailed To Me"!!! My timeline is in previous posts & my signature.
@SMK 89 seems your timeline is very similar to mine so this may be helpful to you.
Thanks everyone for your help/info, this thread has been great

Just got a notification that my card is in production!! Here is my timeline for reference:
03/19 - Expedite requested (financial hardship)
03/22 - Assigned to an officer for processing
03/25 - Requested further evidence via email
03/26 - Faxed evidence using My Fax (cover letter, job offer, budget I made, bills that fit into the budget and husband's paystubs)
04/02 - Assigned to an officer for processing
04/03 - Received email confirming USCIS received my evidence
04/10 - Status change: I-485 is ready to be scheduled for an interview
04/12 - Status change: I-765 card is in production (day 25).
A few notes: I reached out to my state senator, local congressman and an ombudsman for help. Did not hear back from the senator, but the congressman's office and the ombudsman was really responsive and helpful. They both forwarded the evidence along to USCIS for me too, and followed up regularly.

I thought you might have received some update in the status by now..

and we have a tracking number!
Yours should be any day now!
Paraj and Adrii, how long did it take you two to receive the 'card mailed' notification and how long did it take for you to receive the card in the mail in the end? Trying to figure out a ballpark date to tell my employer start!

Thank you all for your help! What kind of evidence did you submit with your cover letter other than your job offer (if any)?

Thanks for clarifying! Yes, I did include a cover letter, the offer letter, USCIS' email and faxed it like an hour after I got their email this morning.
Fingers crossed I'm not a denial - it would be such a lost opportunity!
Hello! Today I woke up to the same updates as you too and would have asked the same questions on this thread. Thanks! Just wondering when you put your request in to expedite? Also, what was the email like from USCIS asking for evidence? I think they've mailed my request for evidence because I haven't received one yet..

Members of Congress helps their own constituents. They don't help out people who live in other districts with their own Representative. You want Congressional help, then you go to your Congressman. A Representative from another district will refer you to contact the Representative from your district.
Got it, thanks!

Hey George, thank you for posting this! It is super helpful - may I ask who your local congresswoman is? I'm in LA too and would love to walk in to drop off some paperwork to a Constituent Services Representative (my local congressman only accepts snail mail). Thank you!

feb 19-raised expedite request over phone
- case not assigned for processing
feb 21 - case assigned to officer
feb 26 - response sent: case completed - at this point it means they have requested you to send evidence
And then once you fax, it depends on the officer assigned, what I have seen is typically 2-3 weeks.. so overall an expedite requests takes almost a month, if lucky u could get in 3 weeks. Hope this helps.
That's very helpful, thank you!

Hello everyone!
I completed my biometrics two days ago and put in an expedite request for my EAD yesterday. Like a lot of you, I've been eagerly looking on the tracking websites. I have a couple questions -
1. On the https://egov.uscis.gov website, the most current message for my I-765 is:
"As of March 19, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, is currently not assigned for processing."
Could someone please explain what this means? Why is it not assigned for processing (does it mean that it's likely going to be denied, or just that someone hasn't looked at the request yet)?
2. On the https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ website and app, and my I-485 status is 'Fingerprint Fee Was Received'. How long did it take for fingerprints to be reviewed? Do you think that this might be related to why my expedite is not currently assigned for processing?
Thanks in advance for your help!

We are the end of february. What exactly is the biometrics and will we get something in the mail to do this?
Us too. The biometrics appointment is for the non-US citizen to record their fingerprints and get a photo taken at a local office. The appointment is scheduled for you by USCIS and you receive notification about it in the mail

Hey! Just curious to know if any fellow February AOS filers received a biometrics letter/appointment yet?

Hello guys!
FINALLY!!!! My EAD/AP was approved two days ago! I expect to receive the approval notice today. If anyone needs help with the expedite process please let me know! It seems this is the new normal. Good luck everyone.
Congratulations! I am wanting to put in a request for an expedited EAD too and I'm grateful for people like you on VJ who are willing to share your timelines and help!
Would you mind letting us know what kind of proof of severe financial loss you submitted please (and details if it's an offer employment)? Thanks again!
-
Congratulations! I'm glad you got everything sorted quickly and were fortunate with your company's willingness to wait - my company is doing the same. Could you please describe what the was on the employment offer letter? Was it a regular letter with role title, summary and pay, or was it a special letter? Was there a start date? Thank you in advance for your help!

My updates from today:
1) Received two NOAs for EAD and AP dated 04/12/2019 stating that my documents were approved and will be shipped separately
2) Texts and emails of a case status change (weirdly email stated UNKNOWN as the tracking number)
3) "Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service" and tracking number shown on egov.uscis.gov site and on the case tracker app
4) Informed delivery updated to show an upcoming package delivery as @michaelwood87 stated. Too early to know when it'll be delivered.
