    Hello everyone. My mom’s I-130 has been approved and I’m trying to upload documents for the NVC stage. My parents marriage certificate is required to be upload. My parents does not have marriage certificate as they had customary wedding 35 years ago and no marriage certificate was issued. How do I go about this? Thank you

    Hey guys. I had a combo interview Monday November 8th and was told I passed both interview and if additional documents is needed for my removal of condition that I would be contacted. My status on I-715 shows Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken. It was last updated 392 days ago and for the N-400 shows Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed. Should I be worried? Thanks

    My form I-751 is pending. I applied for N-400 July 26th, by N-400 interview is November 7th 2022. 1. Will I be having a combo interview? 2. Do I have to go with my spouse? 3. Form I-797C states that I come to the appointment with my spouse’s birth or naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship. Can I go with my spouse’s US passport? Thank you
