    Can someone with a pending AOS and no work permit yet get a driver license in Illinois? I have the receipt notice for AOS. Illinois is trying to push the real ID and according to their website this is one of the requirements? 

     

    - Valid unexpired EAD or valid expired EAD with Notice of Action

     

    We only have the receipt notice so far. Should we give it shot? or should we wait for EAD card?

      There's only one NBC for the US.

    How did you guys get lucky to schedule an appointment? I have not been able to, like literally it says nothing is available.

    How did you guys get to schedule an appointment? We are getting an error message on US Traveldocs website. We are ready for interview.

    The CAEC website states our case is "Ready" for interview. Does the beneficiary receives a package from the embassy in order to do a medical exam? Thank you! M
