We just received our interview date through the MSC for Feb 10th 2022. Has anyone ever had to reschedule? We are currently out of the country and with the new Covid protocol you need to be back within 10 days of the interview which we will not be. We would rather not cut our trip short but we also don't want to disrupt this process. The letter does state you will not be penalized for rescheduling but we have waited for so long and don't know what to do. Thank you for any advice.

MSC here.
Received my biometric appointment letter today! Exactly 8 months from my filed date which is Nov.30,2020. My appointment will be in 2 weeks. 😊
We just had our biometrics appointment two days ago! We filed in November and are also MSC. What do we expect next? An interview scheduled ? Or are they waving those because of COVID? Hope everyone is hanging in there. I’ll update the sheet when I get to a computer.

Hey guys just checking in to see if you may know the answer to this question. So we went the CR1 route and my wife received her NOA back in January. We are being processed at the MSC. Any idea how long until we know when the interview or biometrics may be or if they are even required during the pandemic? Thank you!

But I did get it from USCIS. Will they sent it again if I lost it myself?
I don't have an answer for you on that. you could try calling and asking.

Yeah I know they won't allow me to board plane. Worst cse scenario, if I have to get a duplicate Can I do it from overseas? Any idea?
I talked to an agent last week about this. She said you can request to send the form to you again if it gets lost in the mail. www.uscis.gov/e-request.

Hello! Silly question here but want to be extra sure I understood. If we got our green card dated 01/16/19, third year will be 22, so you can apply for naturalization October 2021?
thank you in advance
I/16/19 until 1/16/20 is one year
1/16/20 until 1/16/21 is two years
1/16/21 until 1/16/22 is three years
So yeah I would say that works I think!

NOA came in the mail today! I will update the spreadsheet. Also went the CR1 route and received the MSC prefix. Hopefully things go smoothly for us and everyone involved. Does anyone have an answer regarding applying for citizenship? I think someone mentioned the N-400? We have yet to look into this. I think someone mentioned you can start the paperwork for this while waiting on removal of conditions to finish? Any information would be awesome. Again thank you to everyone for helping. This has been a great group. I will still follow along and help when I can.

Some more information about this process. I just entered our case number into our My USCIS profile. It does in fact state they received our Form I-751 on Nov 17th. It also states that if we don't receive the receipt notice by Dec 17th in the mail contact the USCIS contact center. The agent on the phone today also stated that since we didn't receive it yet I should request another form to be mailed. Judging from whats been happening im sure its safe to assume they were a little off with the Dec 17th date and we should be receiving the receipt ( paper form ) in the mail from USPS within the next week or so. Thoughts on this? Thanks everyone. I hope this also helps if some people come across these issues along their own timeline.

So if your license expires when your green card expires, can you go renew your license once you get your NOA? How does that work?
it may differ state to state but I think you can in Mass once you have proof ( your NOA).

Has anyone seen any receipts at all since late December? Our package was received on November 24th and it's been crickets. I know it's delayed, but it seems like all processes and sending of receipts has frozen. I don't see anything posted recently.
Actually...now I do see people updating timelines above, but boy it seems to be slow. Our 90 day window is closing soon!
someone just got their receipt yesterday or two days ago. their app was received at lockbox 11/16/20. Im calling today to see if I can get my receipt . mine was received the same day.

Guys. We finally had our check cashed last night! I will enter this information into the spreadsheet . For some quick information here our App was received at the AZ lockbox on 11/16/20. Check cashed 1/6/21. So it took 51 days of waiting. Hang in there guys. We will be calling today to hopefully get a receipt number.

Hi Natc,
My app was delivered on the same day as yours. I tried to call USCIS but could not get through the automated voice system. How did you get to talk to a live person over the phone without a case number?
call the number. say you have technical difficulties. you will be connected to an agent.

Hi everyone, been on this forum for weeks trying to calm my anxiety but my patience is wearing thin 🤪 My package was delivered Nov,16 and still no check cashed or notifications. Decided to call USCIS like others so maybe they can give me a case number but this automatic system is impossible. How do you guys pass it to actually speak with person?
Your anxiety is not as high as mine then. I have the same date as you and I check this site every 2 seconds of every minute. its been mentioned numerous times already. call the number and say you are having technical difficulties. you'll be connected to an agent in under a minute. good luck. I called yesterday and still nothing. while others from our same date are having luck.

Hey guys. It has been hard to keep track of all the comments on here. What is the general consensus if our I-751 was marked delivered at the Arizona lockbox facility by the post office on 11/16/20 but without an NOA or email yet from the USCIS? I know it hasn't been a month yet and was just wondering if we should call? Thanks for any advice!

Hello fellow November filers. Our package was received at the Arizona lockbox facility 11/16/20 after mailing it out on Friday 11/13/20/ with the USPS. We will let you know when we hear back from USCIS regarding a case number or any information that they send to us. So far nothing yet.

Just want to get some general feedback regarding filing and approval for the I-751. Upon researching on the USCIS website it seems that this process is going to take upwards of 21-40 months to be processed. I am assuming because of Covid. I can see peoples timelines that were posted here pre-covid and those seemed to have taken around a year. My questions for anyone on here. Has anyone filed recently and at least received a receipt number from USCIS? We filed a week ago(11/15/20). And if you received a receipt did they give you a general timeline of when you should be hearing back from them? Thanks guys.
Edit : I forgot to mention we mailed ours into the Arizona lockbox facility as instructed on the USCIS website. So I don't know if it will be processed there or somewhere else...

Hey guys. I was curious if you included many photos for evidence when submitting your I-751 removal of conditions package? Thanks for any advice. We are currently completing our forms and evidence to send off to USCIS in a week! Thanks again.

Hey guys! Here is our background information. We were married September 16th, 2017. My wife's green card was issued February 13th, 2019 and it expires February 13th, 2021. I believe we should file the I-751 90 days before her green card expires correct? Anytime sooner and it could be rejected I read somewhere. Also I just wanted to confirm that we should be filing the I-751 and not the I-90. Both seem similar. Thank you for your help!

I think I misread the letter because I read it quite fast. We are fully vaccinated and should be good to go flying back internationally. We DO NOT want to reschedule.
