Hey
Did you send in your application on the 15th or receive the NOA-1 on the 15th of feb? Cause we sent our application on the same day and haven't heard anything yet
Both actually. We overnighted it and it was received on 2/15. Oddly, our NOA1 was also dated 2/15. Guess they worked on it the same day.

Received our NOA2 from TSC today!!! 😀 Good luck to all those still waiting. Your wait should be very short now!

It dosen't mean anything, all it means is that the date your case started to process, or thats the date they input your case in the system.
Thank you!

Just received our NOA1 in the mail. Can someone explain to me what the priority date is all about?

My experience....I sent it overnight on 2/15, a Friday. The following Monday was a Holiday and according to USPS the package was delivered on 2/19. To my surprise, I received a text with my case number yesterday and it states they received my petition on 12/15. Same day I sent it. 😁

Quarantine Ahead of Interview
in US Embassy and Consulate Discussion
Posted
Our country does not process immigrant visa so we are currently scheduled for an interview in neighboring Paris. We plan on driving and are wondering what they will ask for as proof of quarantine. The site states the following:
The U.S. Embassy in Paris continues to follow procedures that prioritize the health and safety of our applicants and our employees. As a part of these efforts, any applicants who have traveled outside of France in the prior 10 days will not be admitted for their appointment and will be asked to reschedule for a future date. Additionally, and as a reminder, the U.S. Embassy in Paris only accepts applications from persons who are physically in France and Monaco. Applicants outside of France should make an appointment with the Embassy where they are currently located.
