How long NVC takes to review the documents after resubmission. My case was reviewed after 28 days and one document was rejected. I resubmitted it same day. How long it will take now?

What was the last Case completion date scheduled for interview at Mumbai?

How many days of wait at every stage is expected post i130 approval. For ex- reaching NVC, case creation, payment link, documents uploaded, etc

You can receive it anytime now. Or call service center and ask for status. These days there are numerous cases where they have approved but online update/mail was delayed due to XYZ reasons.

October 10th filer here, we got our NOA2 in the mail friday, kept checking online and nothing and then bam, my husband got the letter.

I see the processing time updated to 8 to 10 months however till yesterday it was 6.5 to 8.5 months. It's going backward with time and this way we will never be able to touch the priority dates and can raise enquiry.

Felling the same way 😓 our case would’ve had an August priority date if it wasn’t for our laywer. I gave her everything second week of August and she told me she sent everything. It was already mid September and I still hadn’t received the receipt, so when I start really pressuring her she came up with an excuse that the paperwork got held up in the post office 2 weeks after that I received the receipt so we have an October 3 priority date instead. Sometimes my wife and I feel like all hope is lost. We’ve been married for almost 2 years already and only have been able to be together for about a month and a half all together. We just want this process to be over already it feels like an eternity especially when we’re left in the dark without hearing even one word about the case. 😞

Seriously, this time is so tough. I have not seen my husband yet after wedding. Our chance will come but this wait is unbearable...:(

You have to remember the estimated date is based off of Visa Journey timelines, which is not even close to all the applicants out there. It is a good general idea, but don't think it is 100% accurate. NSC filers have it the worse, your time will come!

I am seeing that TSC is not progressing for October and September for long time. I have seen only 2-3 approvals in last few weeks which is really disappointing me. Getting mails saying expected date of approval as June end which always gets extended by a week. Am I checking it wrong? I have no way to expedite and visit visa declined. This is really getting difficult for me. Need positivity to hold myself... it's so tough

October approvals are starting with Texas! I got an email first thing this morning saying action was taken on my case, sign in to see case status. I signed in and it said Case approved!!! I signed in at myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov.

 

PD October 4. My timeline estimated approval between May 26 and June 7. Case tracker app still says Case received though. Its only updated on myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov.

I can see 1 approval for December month for Texas...

Mine is for TSC, I see January and December started getting NOA2. 

My Noa1 is for 22 Oct, today I completed 6 months with no update.

Mine is Texas SC. Priority date: 22nd Oct. Igor's list showing Texas for May which is lagging behind. Please correct me if I am checking it wrong. Hope you get your visa soon. Best wishes...
