Hello everyone, it’s been been a while. Congrats to everyone that has been approved and best of luck on all interviews. 
 

My concern is, I recently moved and updated my address with USPS. Yet to update with Uscis. I checked my i765 renewal status ...and says “Notice was returned to USCIS because the post office could not deliver”. The same week I got a copy of the notice (i765 receipt)from my Attorney. Will this affect any processing time? What’s the best way to update address?

11-27-18 response and privacy release of information form received from my congresswoman.

11-28-18 privacy release of information form and copies of receipts of 360 and 485 personally hand delivered to her office.

12-04-18 response from my congresswoman indicating that my case is pending security checks at USCIS.

 

Does anyone know an estimate how long that takes?

Hi Aquila, lets just keep praying I hope we all hear good news soonest. Amen.

Don’t know if you remember , you responded to my concern 3weeks ago about my EAD renewal taking so long 8months+. The 180days auto extension expired last week. My lawyer said I don’t need to fill out another application but adviced I contact a Senator, which I did. The Senator’s office got back to me last week saying USCIS will be expediting my I765 renewal. I hope this comes soon so I can go back to work.

@aquila Are you saying i should submit another application for renewal or Do a cover letter explaining the situation and attach the I797C showing the 180-days automatic extension?

I think you misunderstood. I believe it means that she did not submit police clearance from her country, not that she submitted a document stating she was not a person of good moral character. She has no case in her home country, she just did not request/submit police clearance from there initially.

I already got it and was included in the appeal as it was the only reason the I360 was denied which was strange to me. Anyway I360 was reopened back in Feb 2018 and the waiting continues.

Thanks Aquila for your response. But i got the 180-days auto extension as a result of the I765 renewal that i sent back in March 2018. The status just shows "As of July 2018, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-765".

Hello All, I am new here. Congratulations to everyone that has been approved. For WE waiters, God will see us thru. Below is my timeline:

MAR 2017 - Filed I360, 1485, I765

MAY 2017 - I765 APPROVED (c9)

NOV 2017 - I360 & I485 DENIED (because of No Good Moral Char. from my home country)

DEC 2017 - Attorney Filed appeal including Good moral character.

FEB 2018 - I360 & I485 REOPENED

MAR 2018 - I765 (c9) Renewal sent

MAY 2018 – RECEIVED 1797C with 180days Auto Extension (which will end NOV ending)

I called the 1800 number and I was given Vermont address to contact them.

What do I do? I have 2 weeks till the 180-days extension expires. PLEASE HELP!
