Hi everybody,  why does the Interview system show like this notice on the AIT website?

No available interview time at the moment? Is this normal?

So my fiancé is able to schedule an appointment with AIT. With the I-134, would I be able to have it filled out and signed and just scan it through email or does she have to bring the original signed document?

Hi everybody, so NVC emailed us stating that it’s forwarded to AIT in Taiwan. They said it can take up to several weeks. What is the exact estimated time lately when embassy’s receive these cases?

As far as I know, you don't submit your original anywhere because you'll need it for status change later, citizenship change etc. I read that people submit copies and hold on to original.

Hi need some advice, can my fiancé use a copy of the NOA 2 or it has to be the original hard copy?

I got approved on Feb 19, (221 days from NOA1)

Why I got received an email from uscis (my case was approved)first , but my fiancé didn’t received any notice from his side?(he is US citizen)

RFE January 17th... (We received this Jan 22nd and returned the evidence Jan 23rd, they confirmed revcd Jan 26th)

I was able to get in touch with Uscis earlier and they told me my case number is still considered on the normal processing time and I should be hearing an update within 1 month. Just staying positive and hopefully hearing an update soon.

Hopefully we get the letter soon and I hope the evidence they want is not something that we can’t get, 

 

Online status is still not update. Still say “Case was received”

This is very frustrating, I have been trying to get in touch with somebody from USCIS and I always get an auotmated message. How were you able to get in touch with them via phone call?

Can my fiancé from Taiwan still come to visit me during the K1 process?. We received the NOA 1 on July 13, 2018 and still haven’t received an NOA 2.
