Wow, getting scheduled for an interview in 3 months is really fast!
Can you also share the instructed way to change addresses?
does anyone one know if changing address between states usually delays the case...? Or any chance pushing the case through instead?
Hi. After I received confirmation that I have my interview already which is August 2019, I changed my address. After I received their letter of confirmation again in the mail for changed address, I forwarded that to my old local office saying I won't be able to make it. And that's it. By November I received confirmation that my second interview will be this December

Yes. But we peoples are still going through ROC which is where these questions/threads are coming up and "newbies" aren't familiar.
I just don't want her to be alarmed over a normal process.Thank you guys for responding. I'm just really thinking if I have to bring our 24 month old daughter or not.

It worked out? Did you get some kinds of confirmation from them after your transfer request?
I haven't heard from them after but then I guess it worked out since they scheduled my second interview in Orlando Florida. I was from Montana then moved to Florida.

You forwarded to confirmation letter and your own letter to the old local office or the new local office?
To the old office. Asking them to transfer my case. And that I can't go to the scheduled interview.

Can you tell me how to reschedule it?
I called USCIS then changed my address online. After I received the confirmation that they processed my changed request address, I forwarded the letter together with my own, asking them to transfer my case to my current place. Here's my timeline:
Sent package: April 2019
Biometrics: May 2019
Interview Notification: July 2019
Changed Address: July 2019 (Also contacted my local office that I can't make my interview)
Original Interview: August 2019
Second Interview: December 2019

You can bring your child there as long as she is quite. Did you went to the interview on August 22nd ?
No I rescheduled it. They first scheduled my interview last August in Montana. Since we're in military family and have to move to Florida, I wasn't able to come. Now, they moved it in Orlando. 😀

HiHi guys, I will be having my interview this December 19, I filed last May. I am just wondering if we can bring our daughter who just turned 2 years old? Everybody in my family is working that day and we can't just leave her behind. Husband will be coming with me too. Thank you for anyone who will answer.

Oh now I'm nervous. My greencard expired last June. I filed May. Already did the biometrics and everything. Then they scheduled it this December 19. Is it really uncommon?

You can't change address before you move and you have to do it with in 10 days. Your husband also have to change address as the sponsor.
I would call in as soon as you move so your interview can be cancelled and then they will have to forward your case to the new service center and you'll probably have to wait for the interview to be scheduled there.
Thank you. Also, how can I change my husband's address? Should I make him an account too?

Hi. We badly need advice. This is our case.
Our I-751 interview will be this August 22, 2019. However, we will be moving to Florida by first week of August. (Husband is in military.) And we can't make it through the interview date.
Should we do the change of address? And if so, how?
Thank you so much. We appreciate any advice.

No notice of package yet!
For those that got their package returned for early filing, how soon did you receive your paperwork back in the mail?
Hi. They returned mine. Sent it to them April 3, I received it back by April 13. So I sent the same package again by April 15 which is Monday.

My husband's says the same, it has his name as both beneficiary and petitioner. I think that's how it is supposed to be.

Hi. I have a question, I received my extension letter today. However, it says my full name in both beneficiary and petitioner? Is this right? Just confused. Thank you.

@payxibka Thank you so much. Also, I searched google and all I can see is about checks. In the money order, all I have to put is the word U.S. Department of Homeland Security and it's fine without putting any adress? I'm so sorry for asking a lot of questions.

Money orders are issued generically
I'm just so confused I haven't seen any money order before. 😅
My husband said he'll get one tomorrow and we will send my packet back to USCIS again. Hoping there will be no problem again after.

Ame thing happened to me. Change nothing they’ve done. Add the updated information and do nothing else.
Thank you so much for replying. Upon reviewing, I can't find any wrong info in the card tho. Maybe our card just denied it. I'n the petitioner and I used my husband's card, it shouldn't matter right? Or does it? Thank you

hi
no, just resend the ones you have, with the correct credit card information
Thank you so much for the response. I really appreciate it. Can I ask you one more question? I can't find any wrong info in the card that we use so we will just use money order to be sure that the card will not be denied again. Is it okay that in the money order, it would be my husband's name? I'm the immigrant one. Thank you.

Hi. Can someone help me? My application packet for ROC was returned due to my credit card information was incomplete. If I will send a new G-1450 form, should I start all over again for my papers? They already rearrange it, put staples and have words and numbers written in the bottom of every page. I can't imagine starting photopy of therese papers again. 😅
Thank you

Sent my packet to Phoenix AZ last April 3, delivered April 5, no text from them, no letter still. And still didn't used the card info. Getting insane here. 😅

You actually don't need passport for I-751 removal of condition application.
You only need passport for travelling internationally, and if you are not planning on international travel, you don't need a passport. But, I think it's a good idea to have a valid passport as your ID even within the US if needed somewhere, such as flying domestically or something, as your DL may expire with your conditional green card, until you renew it with NOA1.
Hi. Thank you so much for your reply. Also, if I have an expired passport, will it affect their dicision to deny or approve my conditional greencard? It's just that our states right now is so far from all of my country embassies and we recently just have a baby. 😊

Nope. Renew passport. Technically you should renew your passport 6 months or more before its expiration date.

Hi guys. Thank you so much for your reply. The thing is the embassies of my country is so far from my States right now. How, will it affect their dicision to approve or reject my renewal?

Hi. Forgive me if I'm in the wrong thread. I just don't know where to post specifically. I just want to ask something. My conditional greencard will expire June 2019. I will file by March 2019 for removing. My passport will expire February 2019. Will my expired passport be okay? Thank you so much for your time.
N400 Time Outside The United States?
in US Citizenship General Discussion

Hello everyone! I'm so confused. I need help. I just want to clarify. I've never been outside the United States since I arrived here last June 2017. But I was living in Japan before coming here. I'm originally from the Philippines.
Should I count my Japan living days 2015 - 2017 as Number of Days Outside The United States? Part 9 of the Form N400.
Thank you so much for the response.
