Those are the forms but there may well be more, a lot more, or even less in terms of supporting documentation.  Each case is different.

She suppose to file for you over there in US , most important let her get a immigration lawyer for your process , she have to pay you a second visit or third if possible to make your case very strong at the embassy when you are ready for your visa interview.

The process begins with action by the US Citizen.  A foreigner cannot begin the process by themselves.  Get your wife working on this.

I'm confused as to why you recommend an immigration lawyer as there have been hundreds who have successfully processed and received a visa with little or no problems from Nigeria. This is something that they can do together and follow the VJ guides. If need be, they can ask questions in their sub-forum. JMO

First you are in a K-1 thread. You need to be with others who are doing a CR-1. They are here: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/110-ir-1-cr-1-spouse-visa-process-amp-procedures/

Next: you need to locate the information for CR-1 which you will find at the top of this page in the blue ribbon select "Guides" and look for the CR-1 process. Found here:

    Guides if you are engaged:
----- K1 Fiance Visa Guide, K1 Visa Flowchart, K1 Fiance Visa Tips Guides if you are married: US Citizen lives in the US & Spouse lives overseas:
    ----- Option 1: CR-1 / IR-1 Spouse Visa and I-130 Petition Guide

Then you need to complete your profile because many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

    Thanks
