      Yes ,I did. I just got an update from USCIS that my interview has been canceled and they are going to send me a notice. Hopefully I’ll get it on my address that was on my I360 and not on my old address when I filed my I485. How’s your case going?

      I filed my I485 in 2017 then put on hold when I filed VAWA on Sept 2018. VAWA got approved on March 2021. Abuser was a US citizen

    @MGJ_NY hello my friend.. pls would like to ask you a question... when you contact senetor to expidite ur case how long did it take before senetor got back to you with a response from USCIS? Or how long did it take before USCIS responded to you? Pls share....

      Hi! I'm sorry, I just got back from my vacation and just saw your post. I called the senator's office and submitted all the documents on March 8, 2019. On March 12, I got an email from USCIS saying that "New Card has been produced". March 14, card was mailed to me. March 16, card was delivered to me. It was actually quite fast. I also called my district's representative before calling the senator, but I think the senator's office was able to be of more help than my district's rep.
