Hi all, I never post but feel like is time.
My timeline
Filled up in August,
Had my interview last month, passed civics test, reading and written tests but was handed a paper saying a decision couldn't be made. The officer said it's cause he didn't have my i130, I felt like that was an excuse. Why would they need the i130 when it was approved years ago.

On a funny note, I sat for nearly 2 hours trying to sing some words from a song I couldn't remember yet wanted to listen too.
So after singing half sentences to Jake I finally after 2 hours, I got it: Paula Abdul 'Straight Up' - golden oldie! I'm sure neighbors heard it at 11pm LOL

It depends on what category you filed for AOS under. The majority of us are K1s who do not have PDs. You on the other hand, most likely filed a petition first and then AOS. I'm just guessing though because you dont have your timeline filled out.......
Yeah. Filed petition first.

My receipt is November 10 2018 but on the priority date is marked February 08 2018. Is that how everyone's are?

My office shows 10.5 to 22, even though it was 10 to 21 a month ago. I have my interview date and I hope it only affects people with really complicated stories adjusting status from student or tourist visas..
You hope it only affects people with student or tourist Visa? What a likeable lady, you must get invited to a lot of parties 🙄😶. Everyone who is adjusting have the same right.

It turned into a Bristish chat here 😂 😂
Well I just got an update from my case tracker "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" 🙌🙌
I know it's not the end of the journey but after 90 days of "fingerprint fee was received" That's a good progress. At least I know that my case made its way to the local office 😀
Didn't updated yet on MyUSCIS but those things act however they want.
Nice. I'm at 83 days

actually its not even 3 but close 😂😂 i dunno the answer to your question but everyone or at least most of applicants from Louisville Ky usually finish within 3 to 4 months from filling to Green card..
It depends to case by case and rfe. Just met an uber driver today who applied for aos in the same local office and it took them 8 months to get green card because of their rfe (he said their lawyer made alot of mistake)
Just dont be panic,be patient and trust your case😉
God Bless
I'm good. Today Marks 70 days since Recieved notice. Hope i dont get an ref. My i130 took 7 months and now this one will probably take the same. That's 1 year and a half. I was stressed out about a Driver license cause I do have to drive a lot to work and got pulled over one day after receiving my i130 approval notice. But looks like I might get a license with just the receipts

Why are some October Filers already getting Green cards? Am I missing something? I know it depends on FO. but 3 seem to quick to be getting green cards

Mine is stuck on fingerprint fee was received for 72 days already, I'm not really hoping for it to ever change. Like @K1visaHopeful said again and again on the forum, the status are very unreliable. It's a pain in the butt but we can't do anything about it.
Mine it's been 68 days. Hoping for a EAD card soon

@Phem @K1visaHopefulis correct some field office waiting time is a bit short than the others. My FO is in Spokane, WA.
Is there another way to check processing times other than visajourney or uscis? I just checked the processing times for your FO and mine have the same times of 10 months. Mine still stuck on received biometrics fee

Hey guys. Anyone filling i864 living in the USA? I have a question, can I include my income if I have been working on a expired b2? I have been using a made up one and working with my name.

Yes, I filed from the US.
Have you send your i485 yet?

I have a question. Is there anyone that file i130 while being in the U.S? Seems like everyone on this site is overseas or have their spouses abroad.

Nope. Nothing yet. My PD is 02/06/18 and my VJ timeline currently says "between Sept 27th and Oct 1st" so your approval should be around the same time as mine which should be very soon!
Viel Glück! Ist dein Mann in den USA? Denn alle, die von D aus filen dürfen, sind meistens innerhalb von 3 Monaten fertig!
Check the old website. I'm middle of Feb and got approved on Monday, it doesnt show on the new website. Only does in the old one. Yeah and I'm from NSC

Ni, im new, love this forum.
I just got my i130 approved but here is the thing. I typed my case number onto the old website and it shows that my application was approved, but if I go to the new website it only shows when it was recieved back in Feb. Has anyone had this happen? I also signed for email and text notifications and havent gotten anything yet. Nebraska filers, I encourage you to check the old website, your case could be approved and you wouldn't know by just checking the new website over the old one.
