Hi, I have been following in the group. Congratulations on your green card approval. I just got my vawa approval yesterday and was wondering what the timeline will be to also get my green card. The I-485 was already filed at the same time as the vawa, work permit and travel doc. I have been approved for bad and they have already issed 2 so far no problem. I have never been asked for more information or anything. They sent an email to my attorney that the permanent residency application has been sent to the office for processing. Do you know from your experience how long it will take to be approved? Any information will be great. My attorney is in west palm so I assume that is the office that has my file but I will call tomorrow my attorney to see if that is the case.

Hi Lola! I seen the RFE letter that uscis sent you for proof of good moral character. Could please upload the second part of the letter where they give examples of positive things to add. You put the most important part of what they were asking for I just would love to see the entire letter of what they wrote. Thank you so much. I need all the help I can get. I have a complicated case.

I am Canadian. Got married and then divorced a few months later. My husband was extremely abusive and I have all the evidence needed. I am currently in therapy and have been prescribed anti depressants and going to domestic abuse groups for women. I am involved with women in distress they have helped me a great deal. I also have a record which I have been pardoned for so hopefully my case for the vawa goes through. It has been a very hard road. If anyone has information on vawa and what is going on with the time frames please help me by letting me know.
