      Electronic notifications from USCIS never worked despite requesting it when we filed I-751.  I okayed with my wife’s USCIS account settings last week to see if she gets notices moving forward.  
       

      lawfully didn’t tell me either.  Turns out that while I had enabled notifications for the app, I also needed to go into app and turn those on.  I usually check lawfully each day but was busy Thursday and didn’t see that a card was ordered.  
       

      I am checking lawfully every hour now.

      There was a flurry of WAC approvals last week from the October 2021 thread.  
       

       So I checked on Friday.  We had been approved that day. With card ordered Thursday.

       

      Now checking  several times a day for that usps tracking code.

    Hello everyone, we have been together with my husband for almost 3 years.  but I want to DIVORCE unfortunately. Having my 2 years  Conditional GC . Our marriage started in good faith, but He changed a lot ..   So  I want to continue my life here . Has anyone experienced such a situation before?  What kind of path should I follow?

      Sorry about your situation.

       

      Divorce as soon as possible.

       

      File ROC as an individual using the Divorce waiver. Do this

       

      * when you have the final divorce decree, or

       

      * 90 days before your GC expires 

       

      whichever occurs first.

       

      If you file without a divorce decree, expect an RFE. You may want to discuss with an immigration  lawyer how to handle the RFE.
