I found today thatI was approved but also I´m under Administrative review for the 2 papers that they required, wich means that the issuance of my visa can take up to 60 days since received the required docs, I will be out of VJ untill I got the visa! It´s going to be better for me being out of here in order to handle the stress and the depression of finding that!
To all here, I wish you Speedy CC, Speedy Interview Letters, quick interviews and fast issuance and POE!

GOD IS REALLY GOOD!
Just received an Email response about my inquiry.
They said that the issuance will happen after our marriage date then it will change automatically from CR to IR, wich is a BLESS for us, since we won't need to remove conditions afterwards.
Waiting good news from you too soon.

Sent the Email about my inquiry this early morming.
Monday will be also US holliday wich the abroad embassys will be closed.
The only thing to do is to Pray and to ask GOD to give us GOOD NEWS about our VISAS soon.

Just trying to clear up in my mind what the agent told me. Didn’t exactly make sense as to what everything would look like.
All my Docs were sent and acepted by NVC but in the interview day they asked me to send another AOS joint
Why that ?
Its so frustating since we are waiting more than 2 years to be together with my husband.
But soon God will give the visas in ours passports.

Well, they keep my Passport too, gave me violence sheet and told me about the docs sent etc.
What was the date when you send the required documents? because if it take 2 weeks, Next Thursday will be 2 weeks after mine were sent, and I´m no longer expecting short times! I´m now in worst case scenario, waiting the longer times!
I've sent on Aug 21 then receive email back two hours after saying that consular office received the docs and they will review and process our request.
Its really frustating all this waiting time after more than two years awaiting.
But soon we will have our happy party 🙏

Yes they keept the passports and the consular officer told us that the visas were approved but to issue I need addicional AOS docs sent by Email as requested.
I received also the violence sheet with our rights in US.
Still awaiting cause VJ said that it could be from 3 to 15 days after docs received to change to ISSUED.
Our Dream soon will come.

My interview was on Aug 14 sent docs on Aug 21 and still AP on Ceac.
They updated on Aug 15,21,22,23 but still AP.
Help me to decide what to do

VISA ISSUED as of 3PM August 28 (Manila Time). My fiancè hasn't received any e-mails yet regarding the tracking or confirmation of his passport being sent but I received the e-mail as a reply to my inquiry a week or 2 ago saying that they have issued him his K1 Visa (CEAC status also changed to ISSUED). Thank GOD! We're now just waiting for more confirmation and tracking once it gets delivered to our chosen 2GO branch. Thank you all and wishing everyone else gets the good news as well. 😊

My interview was on Aug 14 but Ive sent the requested docs on Aug 21.

They updated my case 3 times since I sent the docs.
People say that the AP could change to Ready or Issued any time soon.
God is in control and everything will be good for all of us.
