“Hi all,
Should I apply for N400 now while my i751 has been pending for 11 months now? I heard many good news from people that they applied for n400 anyways and got their combo interview within 4-5 months. However, i also saw that some people got denied or interview cancelled bc of their pending i751….what should I do here?
Im in TX so if anyone is also from TX and applied for n400 w pending i751, please comment and let me know ur experience thank you so much”
- I saw this in one of the post, what do you guys think about it? Are there chances that ones N400 interview can be denied for pending I-751?
I was wondering this too since it's been 3 yrs since our marriage but not 3 yrs since greencard. Is it the same for you?

Anyone at wsc get biometrics yet?
-
3 days doe notice, 4 days cash check to Arizona locker
-
For those who sent to Arizona locker, how long did it take to get notification via text? And how long for check to cash? Tia!
-
Do we apply 3 yrs after receiving greencard or 3 years after marriage?
-
Did you all put N/A in all the blank fields that weren't filled out? Thank you!
-
So for 751, they only want addresses from green card issued onward in additional section. But we need to include evidence from marriage onward in terms of lease, etc? Tia!
-
Should we include original birth certificate of baby or a copy? Tia!
-
Do we need to include paystubs of petitioner? or the US Citizen? We don't need to show sponsorship for this right? TIA!
-
Will be filing Monday!
Are you all including evidence from the start of marriage or just from greencard interview? I'm assuming they have everything before and that would be so many more pages.

If you mean like a co-sponsor to fill out an I864, no, there are no other forms to file for the removal of conditions other than the I751.
Thank you!!

Is a sponsor needed to remove conditions from greencard after getting a 2 year one from k1visa? Thank you.

Still waiting for our interview to be re-scheduled. It was originally scheduled for March 2020 but got cancelled due to COVID. Haven't heard anything since then (7 months ago).
I'm wondering if I should call them at this point and see what's happening? Or should I just keep patiently waiting? Any recommendations?
I would say give them a call. Hope you hear back soon!

Hello, I'm sorry if this information is out there already, but I wasn't able to find it.
We are going to be receiving our 2 years conditional green card soon and would need to remove conditions from ssc. I was wondering how did anyone go about doing this with the ss offices being closed?
Thank you!

Update: Our interview was rescheduled but our status online stopped working and showed and still shows as invalid, apparently it's a glitch in the system. We received the notice in the mail about a 1.5 weeks before the interview. Interview went well...no questions out of the ordinary and we were approved on the spot.
Sorry for not updating you all earlier as it was a bit crazy but I would recommend having everything prepped since the time between notice and interview date may be short. Good luck to you all!

We just had our interview and were approved on the spot. We filed at the end of August 2019 and this was our rescheduled interview since our original interview was also cancelled by covid reasons.
Congrats!! Just wondering how did they inform you of the rescheduled interview?
We're still waiting for ours to be rescheduled. Thank you!

It's happening the same to me in the new website. Old one is still working fine.
Which one is the old website? Thanks!

Congrats to you all! We're still waiting to be rescheduled.
Is uscis page having a glitch? Nothing is showing up under our case number today. Is this happening to anyone else here?

Nothing here unfortunately. I guess you're still waiting to be rescheduled? Must be very frustrating.
I did notice another successful interview at SA in the VJ timelines, on 18th August 2020. So, a grand total of 2 interviews reported here since March 2020. Not sure how much of a representative sample that is, but it doesn't seem very encouraging.
Yep still waiting. I noticed that as well...hopefully some good news comes all our ways.

Any updates for you all?

@Hphelp - Sorry to hear your interview was cancelled. That's bad luck. Do I understand correctly that you filed in September 2019 and your interview was scheduled in April 2020? If so, that seems pretty fast for Santa Ana. From what I can gather from the reported timelines here on VJ, the average (pre-Covid) wait time for interview seems to be in the region of 10 months. Would be very grateful if you could update here when your interview is rescheduled, since it looks like we're (theoretically) around 2 months behind you.
@lunareclipse - Sorry to hear that. The field office is apparently open, but there doesn't seem to be a great deal happening over there. Perhaps they're focusing on naturalisation. There has been at least one GC interview since March 2020 there on 6th August 2020. Seems they were approved on the day. You can check the timelines for Santa Ana here - https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/aoslist.php?vtype=0&op8=Santa+Ana+CA&interview=&xfr=&op1=d&op2=&op3=&op4=1&op5=&cfl=0
Please keep us posted and any other Santa Ana filers, please do feel free to join the discussion. The more information we have, the more clarity there will be around what's happening there.
Yeah we were surprised too. Will keep everyone updated. Hopefully we all hear some good news soon

Hi guys,
Finally got our interview rescheduled. Just found out today (was originally for 3/31/19), so I don’t know when it will be for, but we are located in Los Angeles field office.
That's awesome! Congrats! Glad some CA offices are moving. Hoping we get a reschedule soon.

How long should I wait for a biometrics letter before inquiring? It will be 4 weeks from when our case was received.
