My fiancé received his visa today
-
Does anyone know how long it takes once your status changes to Issued on the ceac.state.gov doe you to receive an email to pick up passport at DHL?
-
@IssaCaptureFL what date was your interview? why does it say administrative processing? what did it say prior to administrative processing
-
@Juliette2784 Thank Goodness. I am just waiting for his passport to be issued and am not sure when that will be. He has his interview on 4th.
-
I hear that they will do another manifestation tomorrow at 4am
I hope it rains for 2 weeks because they tend to hate rain in Haiti. they scatter like roaches. That way we can continue with this visa process.
-
you are suppose to track your package through DHL?.. I thought you were suppose to track it through embassy website? Please advise. Amy fiance already had his interview
-
So for the ones that had their interviews what happens now in the mist of all this, if they were approved?
-
it's ridiculous in Haiti. did anyone get a chance to do their interview this month yet?
-
@S&ERav Why do they need mine? Why they need my birth certificate
-
@Godchild go to ustraveldocs website where you vreated your account and scheduled interview. Click on the blue tab on the left that says provide feedback and send them a message there. They respond to that quicker than anything else.
-
@Juliette2784 yes email them ASAP for packet 3. And what's your personal email address so I can send u the doctor we used?
-
@Juliette2784 whats the lawyers name/contact information. And did the lawyer notarize it for you all as well?
Yes, we will definitely make sure to bring that. Thank you.

@S&ERav does the police certificate and birth certificate have to be translated in English if its already in the country native language? If so, how is this process done? My fiance has all those documents with him in Haiti. This needs to be translated for the K1 Visa interview?
Also please can anyone provide me a detailed list of all the documents that we will need and things we should have in preparation for the K1 Visa interview. I feel like this Embassy is so dysfunctional and I need clarity.
-
@Godchild sure I will send it in a few hold please.
-
@Godchild! I am not sure but have you call the US embassy in Haiti? Or sending an email to them. Stay on them to give you a date
-
@Godchild they opened it beginning in February 2019. I cant remember if I saw any march dates posted when I was scheduling for as early as possible which was February for me
-
Fevier dates are posted
-
@Juliette2784 thank you for the information. I scheduled early this morning. I noticed it was opened between 9am -9:40am. I check every second almost lol.
-
Hello everyone the dates are up!!!!
-
The embassy sent you a letter? I am not sure what the medical consist of but I can ask my fiance what all they did and get back with you
-
@S&ERav they haven't sent you packet 3? Aw man, have you tried requesting that again.
-
@S&ERav they didnt mention anything about it being open slots in February?
-
@S&ERav I am not sure what is taking them so long to post the dates! Have you tried calling them today? I am thinking they may post next week. Them seem to post at least two weeks out. Based on the previous dates I saw them post for others who are waiting.

@S&ERav On the Embassy Haiti website it stated that they are still scheduling appointments for Visas.....
Read below and I will also place link.
