Does anyone know how long does the NOA usually get delivered after the mailing date? I called USCIS and they said my NOA was mailed on 03/01 but I need it ASAP as I am looking for another job.

Hi all!
good news on this end. I called USCIS and received my receipt number beginning with EAC this morning. Here’s the timeline all said and done:
sent package via usps: 01/04
received at lock box: 01/19
receipt number uploaded: 02/22
tbd on receiving my NOA.
now I just have to figure out what the tea on EAC is. Good luck every body!
Which number did you call?

Does anyone know if my green card is under my married name and my passport is under my maiden name, I should be good to travel as long as I bring my marriage certificate? Is that true?

No. A bona fide marriage should easily show evidence needed for the I-751.
Will there be another interview? I heard there’s also a long wait for I-751 approval?

I heard removal conditions application for 2 yr GC to 10 yr GC is hard, is that true?

I'm not sure about your case, but mine was "on vacation" 😎
For others, "Card Was Mailed to Me" seems to be the one to go with.
Lol. How long after the update you received your card?

Does anyone know what the next status would be after New Card is Being Produced?

Oh okay. I am just stuck in limbo. Congrats once again
Which office are you applying from? You should consider doing Infopass or call support. I hope you receive good news soon!

Hello everyone,
I am just done with my interview and it lasted for 45 minutes. Interview at 2.30 pm today till 3:30. At 4 pm I got an update that my application is in initial review status. What does that mean. Did anyone go through the same status after interview.
This is the standard response for Baltimore. I had the same response. I think the interview went well the IO didnt ask that many questions. A couple of people that I know are still waiting for their decisions as well, one of them has been waiting for 8 months. I guess Baltimore is just super backlogged.

Hi, I'm a July filer with file date of July 25th, 2018. My field office is Baltimore as well. Still waiting for the interview date. But, received my EAD and AP approval at the end of November. Card is in the mail as of now. Let me know if you receive any updates? Thanks and good luck!
Yeah same, according to usps, the card should be delivered on friday!

Update! My EAD/AP case was updated to card being picked up by usps. I have a question though, does it mean I can work with any employers? Do I need to report my employer info to USCIS? Just wondering if its the same as the OPT/CPT.
-
July filers, you guys got your interview notice already? So quick! Anyone from Baltimore who has received their EAD/AP and/or interview notice yet?

The egov.uscis.gov website shows Ready for interview, the new website (myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov) shows Fingerprint received or something similar. If I call the USCIS support number my case number can't be found in the phone system, so need to wait for an agent who will confirm that my case is Ready for be scheduled for an interview.
Yeah mine is also like that. My uscis.dhs account doesnt update for all cases.

Don't worry about the system. It is all messed up. The only thing personally worries me to miss the AOS interview letter. My statuses in the system were all around stuck in different phases. I think they did something on Sunday morning because the website was down, but I had a text message from them. After the system came back online my EAD and AP status were correct, but my AOS status is still not correctly showed on the website.
I can't tell if it was 5 business days or regular days because I've got approved on Monday and got the letters sometime Saturday night I guess because I emptied the mailbox Saturday during the day and it was not there, but Sunday morning we got extra mail including the approvals...
Whats the status of your AOSv

It took me around 5-6 days to get the approval letters.
Also took like 5 days to the status to change from Approved to Card Was Mailed to Me. That was two days ago. I assume the card will arrive within five days guessing on the approval letters arrival time....
Got it. I received my approval letters before the system was updated which is weird. So ur status changed from approved to card was mailed? 5 business days or 5 regular days?
