    Thanks for your information!
I tried to call, didn't have enough patient to wait through the 5 mins long auto message.
I sent a E-request, it tells me will get back to me a month later...
I sent two in-box messages in USCIS site, first reply tells me to go to an local office. 2 days later another message reply said the case went to Texas center, will get back to me in 15 days. hope it will be something useful..

@Jojo92122 Now you've done it! Bringing up past threads usually makes the OP disappear forever. 😛

    Hey Nano,

You seem very desperate to immigrate to the US.

First, you want visitor visa to see your brother in US.  Visa denied.

Second, you want K-1 visa for US fiancee who works in hotel management.  A fiancee that you have never met.  What happened to her?

Now, you have a foreign fiancee who got a EB1 visa as a masseuse, and you would like to immigrate through her.

    Why so many stories?

Evidence: photos with you two, photos you two with each side families\ trip together plane tickets, train tikcets, gift receipts, transfer bank statement,  pick some important ones
If you married in China, marriage certificate notary is the most important one evidence, We didn't do a written statement, didn't think that's necessary.
We put each kind of evidence together, like bank statement together\ gift receipts together\emails\ trip tickets... About the photos, we edited it in WORD file, put date and place for each place by time sequence and then printed on A4 paper . That works

why not apply it next year in China since you have lived in China for 3 years, you just need residence permit which you can get it while doing a work visa or marriage visa? It only takes about 2 months to get CR1 visa, and also you are intending to go back that time.
