It's a pretty easy process the ladies in Atlanta helped me as well,they were super sweet but firstly make sure u get a invitation letter and have your bank statements  and all the info required and have a paid envelope to give to the Atlanta office so they can send  u ur visa back to your mailing address. Good luck enjoy your visit

I'm confused... I spoke with nvc and they said to check some bulletin I'm just  basically waiting on a interview date.. I thought maybe they had a bulletin we could go by to see what cases they are currently on..... idk.. but thanks 

How  do you check the nvc bulletin? Do we go off the date nvc approved documents on do we go by our first initial priority date? And how do you read the  bulletin? I dont get it

I basically asked them a question I already knew..first time I called was when I sent the documents .I said, I  uploaded my documents and  I was wondering if you received them. and  the secound time I called  I asked how long do it take to process my documents then two days later I was approved 

Soon as I resubmitted documents I called them that same day or next day to confirm that they received it... then two days later approved 

Another tip, I noticed when you call them they move on ur case.. best time to call is 7:00amtheir  time on the dot. Which is 6am my time. I sent my documents to nvc on a monday.. called them that same week  on Wednesday they sent me a notification to resend a document. But the website was down for a week so soon as the site was up I sent it called the next day two days later my documents were approved.. calling them makes them move... best of luck to u all. Now I'm waiting for interview date..

What I learned is that u have to call them as soon as they open. But be ready to stay on hold for 45 50 minutes... but if u try calling later during the day u want get through... just wake up extra early to call them..

I have been calling for a while  and i never could get through. they received my case July 8 2019 I  finally decided to call them early  directly at 7:00 am  instead of the middle of the day.. soon as I called  I was placed on hold for 45 min.  And they told me they were behind on giving case numbers  and they didnt know when i would receive mine.. today i checked my email and they finally sent a case number

I'm confused I'm a Nebraska filer I 130 was approved, nvc received case July 8,I haven't heard anything yet.. am I supposed to do something else maybe pay a fee or something?  .what's next?

My i130 was approved and was received by nvc on july8..I'm still waiting on a case number.. while waiting I'm trying to collect documents.. do I need the co sponsor birth certificate? And will my husband need to take the co sponsor original birth certificate to my husband country? And can I use a w-2 transcript instead of going to my employers to get a original copy?

Nevermind!!! I just made it home from out of town, I just checked my mailbox and we were approved... yayyyy! Thanks everyone.. now on to the next step
