Just about everyone goes through this process.  Based on the discussions I had with the case officer he informed me of the steps to complete the processing of your visa:

 

the first AP is the immigration unit doing the paperwork for approving the visa

the first ready is a notice that they are finished and the paperwork is being sent for visa issuance

the second AP is the visa issuance people doing their own paperwork

the second ready is that the visa has been issued and is currently being processed for delivery

 

Then "issue" is posted and the visa has left the BIG house to YOUR house.

 

Once you get that second ready, it should be sent out within a few days, although we received our visa before any of the various websites that allow you to look up the status said that it had been sent out.

I mailed about my status and they give response like

"Thank you for your inquiry. 

We are in receipt of your documents and are currently in the process of reviewing them. We will contact you once the same is completed"

And he submitted his driving licence, bank statement and home address with notarized papers

Being a US citizen is NOT ENOUGH.  He must be a US citizen who is DOMICILED in the US.  Meaning, he needs to prove 2 things; 1) US citizenship and 2) proof that he lives in the US. 

 

The letter is ABOUT HIS DOMICILE.  The letter is NOT ABOUT HIS US CITIZENSHIP.  

 

Where has your husband been living?  Where has he been working?

Bcz when he filed it at that time they saw the passport and all details.

Yes we already submitted 

My husband is already uploaded driving licence, citizen proof at nvc. 

While 221g CO already mentioned that last 5 year residential proof of both beneficiary and petitioner and at that time I already submitted.
