Number 1, wrong accusation about husband shopping. That's absurd and I have a return ticket. (Now you wouldn't know that because you just assumed.)
Number 2, I didn't say I wanted a VAWA.Number 3, do I need to declare that I had miscarriage complete with the paperwork from the health clinic? There are sensitive information that should just be kept in private about what I have gone through and I posted my situation here to see help, not to get bashed at.You were a K1 visa. I expect more compassion from someone who needed help before.I would love to meet with you and show you all these documents and tell you the whole story just to let you know you are wrong in many aspects.Just remember:"Every person you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind...always."

OP,
Best of luck to you and look out for you and your son's safety, peace of mind, and happiness above all else.
Thank you. I needed that. Hoping my situation will change soon.

I know what you mean. Guess I'm still in that denial stage in the cycle. Which is the hardest part.

But even more important if the other person doesn't love you....Life is too short to be miserable.......step back and consider what is best for you and your son.....
You have a point, and I'm sorry. I'm just not in a good situation right now.

Time to go home, a mistake, we all make them but sounds like no a good situation and not one that will get any better.
Easy to say if you do not love the person.

Yours truly is suffering from an emotional turmoil and I plead everyone not to post anything negative.
Thank you.
I was here on B1/B2 visa to visit my aunt for the second time. Met someone and we dated and fell in love. Broke up twice but got back together because he pursued and he decided he couldn't live without me so we got married in August. He promised several things like getting a permanent job, filing my paperwork and all but until now I'm still helpless and paperless. My husband has no job, no enthusiasm about getting one and spent my immigration money. I only have $20 left in my name and I'm stuck here. Sold my house and car back home and I have a little boy waiting on me to get him.
What should I do?

Hi everyone,
Can someone please clarify what are the steps again?
1. Got married on B1/B2 visa - what are the forms to fill out? Kindly bullet point each
2. My current visa expires on Sept. 30th, will I be able to stay when I filed the forms? I am 1 month pregnant.

Are you in the US right now?
If YES, then no problem, there is a process for that.
If NO, then what you are planning on is visa fraud.
Yes I am currently in the US.

I have been going here in the US for 3 consecutive years now. The longest is this year, and I am maximizing my allowable stay which is 6 months and I have a fiancé who wants to get married soon. However, I have a return ticket dated October 3rd. My questions are:
1. What is the process of changing my status from B1 visa to spouse visa (correct me if I'm wrong here, I am not really familiar with these things)
2. What forms should be filled out?
3. Can I apply immediately the next day after our wedding?
4. What is the timeline for all of this?
Thank you in advance.

I don't need to tell everyone or post my life story online. Appreciate the suggestions but hate the judgement from other people.
Some just love to bash even when they don't know the whole story. I just wish these bashers will not go through what I am experiencing right now. I do not wish anything bad for them...but I know karma is real.
