I agree I guess I just figured 1a would be sorted together along with the other options being sorted together. Some option I would think would need more attention than others.

That’s seems like such a long time for what’s being asked. Has anyone tried send a letter to a state rep? 

Does anyone know if the processing for 1d on the I-824 is quicker than the processing times online? Some are over 14 months which seems like a lot for only needing to notify NVC of approval.

Why wouldn’t  she be allowed back in If any Australian citizen can visit the US without a visa?

My wife is an Australian citizen and was in the country on a K1 visa. She had to leave and go back to Australia for personal reasons but we never submitted the adjustment of status. Due to the fact that my wife is an Australian citizen and they don’t require visas to come to the U.S. will my wife be allowed back into the country?

Hello my wife is a resident alien and wants to travel but we haven’t completed out adjustment of status yet. Can we file an i131 and get her permission to travel even though we haven’t submitted a i485.

All that stuff isn't the thing I'm worried about. I wrote she lived in the US but really she just stayed here for a short period of time. Now idk if I should call in and have that changed because since I said that idk if she will need a police report.

She was an adult. She was 27 but how long is the ban if she has already been gone for 2 years.

Ok my fiance was not in the US when it was submitted so this should not mean an automatic denial because that would suck just waiting and already knowing the outcome. 

Hello I submitted a I129F package recently to try and receive a K1 for my fiance. On my how we met story I mention my fiance living in California which at the time she lived here illegally. I didn't put anything about it on the form because I didn't think it applied but now I realise that was probably a mistake. So how will this effect us getting approved, is there anything I can do? Also how long should I expect to wait until we hear back?
