i have 2 questions for you regarding filling form I-130 ( filing F4 for brother)

1) what address should one give for the question ....where does the beneficiary intend to live in US ?..........

2) How do i update the USCIS regarding address change , as i will be filing for F4 in feb 2011 and will be relocating to connecticut in June 2011?

What uday said is correct..but ur sister after getting I-130 approved (Hopefully within 7 months) has to submit more forms...if she is in US with valid status, then she can submit the Adjustment forms, but she will only get her visa when the Priority date is current as per Visa Bulletin released every month. But if she moves back to India, then she can go through the consular processing by submitting the DS-230 & DS-3032 forms to the NVC, which inturn sends the entire casefile to your nearest US embassy in India for final Visa Interview..

my sister is on H4 status now and some time may be in next 6 months she might get H1B status... according to vermont service center I -130 for siblings is with a cut-off date JUNE 26, 2010. so, i understand that the approval time is around 7 months.

If i apply for her in march 2011, i think she should be approved by october 2011.

I am under the assumption that she will be ready for a status adjustment ( I 485 ) H4/H1B -to green card (currently, she is in US with an unexpired and valid visa until 2013 ).

please let me know if i am missing anything or under correct assumption?

i would appreciate if any one can share some info about sponsoring a green card/permanent residency for my sister?

i am currently in the process of getting my citizenship ( interview set up on jan 6th 2011) , if i sponsor my sister who is in Virginia with her husband on H4 & H1 visas ,

should i file I-130 alone or

i -130 and I 485 together.

donot worry about the rfe letter . i have got the same letter, followed by a biometrics appointment letter with in 7 days. Apparently, USCIS consider fingerprints as evidence too...
