yup. The, "Wait" The, "Years, Months, Weeks" is what is most frustrating. To be honest untill USCIS approved my case, I had lost faith. When they did approve I had a new hope. One day, One day my beloved will be with me. Now its matter of 2-3 months. That's as per my lawyer. May everything Goes Well with Everyone on this forum. Its really painful to be separated from loved ones. I know the feeling.

Exactly my thoughts!! Lets all hope and pray that we will hear a good news soon! Finger crossed 🤞  Keep us updated my friend! 😊

    Hello All,

I have been requested by the NVC to fill out form I-864W instead of form I-864 which I had originally filled out for my baby daughter.   She is currently living in China with her mother and I am trying to bring both to the US to live with me.

In Part 1. Item 11 of I-864W it states that I need to provide my daughter's Social Security number with (Required) in parenthesis next to it.   The issue is my daughter doesn't have a Social Security number yet.   When I completed her immigration application I checked the box requesting her to have an SSN issued.

Confused, I called NVC and the representative said that in her copy of the I-864W form item 11 is not listed as required.   She suggested I should leave it blank and write in an explanation that the number is pending.  My version is from the USCIS website expires 03/31/2020.   From what I can tell the 2017 version didn't list an SSN as required.

Can anyone confirm that what NVC said is correct, that a SSN is not required even though the current form seems to say it is?   Otherwise I will need to figure out how to get the girl an SSN.

    Appreciated.

Hello! I have the same issue right now, NVC ask for I-864w fot my 7 year old son. On part 1 Do you fill up the form(petitioner) or it will be the beneficiary?

Do you know when USCIS sent your case over to NVC, i haven't check mine with NVC yet but i am assuming mine might be also send in same bundle as you.

You can still check USCIS website, it will says their when they sent your case to department of state. Also, you can always call NVC to check the status of your case, they will tell you when they have receive your case.

Hello! Pls, I want to know if we will scan IRS transcripts and download AOS forms, complete and scan them? I have paid IV/AOS but don’t know how to go about the rest.

    thank you.

Hi! After paying IV and AOS wait 2-3 days until it said PAID and you can start the DS260, AOS and send all your civil documents. On my case I had to scan everything and sent it to CEAC online.

This is NOT correct.  You need a separate affidavit for spouse and son.  On each affidavit, there is one person sponsored in the affidavit.  Count the son in 5 on the spouse affidavit.  On the son's affidavit the son is the sponsored person and the wife is your wife.  The total number will be 3 on both affidavits.

Hello! Do you think this one is correct?
