and say technical support twice and it will direct you to a live agent.
I just saw this number also from a previous post here, and it worked for me. I was able to get my receipt number yesterday. The agent was very nice, only asked my A#, Address and date of birth.

I sent my file on 01/11/21 and just today USCIS cashed the check for the fee but I haven't gotten the NOA yet. It's taking long and I don't even know what center I was assigned to
