  7. Doh! We got an RFE in the mail today! It says, "The evidence you sent is not enough because you don't show that you and your spouse share responsibility for most of the assets and liabilities of the marriage. You have not sent sufficient examples of shared assets and liabilities spanning the period of your marriage to show that you continue to share a life together."

Any thoughts or suggestions on what we can send? We already sent our joint bank account statement for one month. Should I got back and send a statement from the date the account was opened? We are in the process of buying a house so I think I will also send our mortgage pre-approval letter.

All of the utility bills are in my name with my husband as an authorized user. Do you think it would be helpful to send a paper that says this? I'm going to call each company to see if I can change the bill to his name. Typically it requires a credit check and sometimes a deposit of several hundred dollars which we are trying to avoid.

I'd appreciate any other advice or ideas. :help:

it worries me now as we sent our 1 month bill too, car insurance cards, credit cards... we are staying in my husband's parents house + driving their cars as they live overseas so we don't have joint lease or car payments... can you see RFE on your USCIS account?

  8. Had biometrics done today :) Waited 40 mins :) Found out that USCIS built huge and beautiful office here in Orlando :) went to old and small USCIS office 2 years ago when I had my first biometrics appointment for conditional green card :) so now I know where to go next year for naturalization :)so let's see how long USCIS will take to issue my green card:) or by the way didn't get any touch online on my case after bio

  9. Other question, if you just got married and already want to divorce after a week, which by the way your timeline makes no sense right now, it is a good idea to explain. Why do you want to stay in this country? What ties do you have to this country after you get divorce. It is something the officer will ask... If it looks fraud to me and to other in this forum... Really good chance it will look fraud to the officer. Just be careful if you love your wife you should really work this through unless there is violence, unfaithfulness, or something ilegal going on. Man want to feel respected, women want to feel loved. are these ingredients in your marriage?

Marriage is not what it used to be anymore. People get divorce left and right. what happen with in the good and the BAD? is it only in the good?

    I totally agree....

  10. Help Please:). We still cannot get to the case status using the receipt number on the NOA1. I noticed that most people from CSC already have their biometrics date apprx 1 month out from when they received their Notice of Action. However, if that is true, we should be preparing for ours in the next two weeks, but we still don't have that letter and it has been 17 days. If I call USCIS they can't find it using the WAC**** number on the NOA1, so this is almost helpless. Should we be worried?

I looked at your timeline and saw that you filed in the end of June. you still have minimum 30 days after your NOA to wait for your Bio letter. We revived ours after 30 days + don't panic as you can't use your NOA number for online status as you should wait for your bio letter where you can find your "tracking number" - I believe it's called CR I-89 :) you can start worry after 30 days :)
