Two are needed each for

EAD

AP

AOS

Per form instruction you can find that AOS, EAD & AP requires Two (2) passport type photos. Just in case each will go to different sections/department then the evaluators will have each complete document package. But as Elmira said, let's wait and see. Everything will be fine and now we are still waiting til they cash the check.

hello I am just wondering if you separated the forms by folders or paperclips or mailed all together? What about cover sheet telling contents or between different forms? thanks...WaltnRafi

I mailed all together, and as you can see put 4 photos only... and nothing happened... got EAD and AP, and next is a green card... I did only one cover letter.. and I used paperclips only to separate forms and that's it... Good luck

I am sorry, but what does ITIN mean??? We didn't receive our check yet, but as we remember our accountant told us that we will receive... Now we are curious... let's see what kind of check we will receive???

An ITIN number is a number that allows you to file tax returns or be claimed by a tax payer when you are not entitled to a social security number.

The stimulus payment excludes people using this due to the fact that legal presence is not required to get an ITIN number and they didn't want to give the money to illegals.

So if i had SSN, while we were fling our 2007 taxes, we re OK??? because we received some rebates after 2007 filing and check was on my husband's (USC) and my name.

No touches with I-485 since May 2.... but at least i have an EAD and AP now, so I spend all my time on job haunting... didn't receive cards in mail yet, hopefully today or tomorrow so I can change my last name in SSN

I just checked my NOA for AOS.. It states that the USCIS will accept a Driver's License as valid ID for Biometrics appointment but the DMV will not issue us a license, thats just how Government Agencies work....

DMV rules are State specific so not every DMV will refuse to issue a license to a K1 holder. I got mine in Massachusetts very easily and there are other States that will also issue them.

same here in Florida I got mine with K-1 visa and nobody asked my green card or EAD

My husband AOS has been TOUCHED again today..I don't know what the hell is going on ..this is will be 5 TOUCHED since CSC got the case..

Mine was touched everyday since May 7! We'll hope for the best. It looks like CSC is now working on cases transferred for the month of March huh?Let's just be positive about it like we always do. Everything has its own time and we just have to go with the flow. We got touches and that only proves that they are working on it and I am always thankful that its progressing fairly quick.

Finally, congrats to all who got their EAD & AP approvals! For me who got the actual EAD 2 days ago the pressure to get a job was really on since we got a new car yesterday. Hmmm, that is enough to motivate me to keep looking for a job. I have some job offers but I am still considering other companies that pay a little better. All the best of the best for us all!

I can't understand USCIS... last week I got two E-mails from CRIS saying that card ordered and now this one...

I went to interview to Disney. applied for position called -telephone operator-sales agent... when they offered me $8 per hour -minus taxes I thought - it is ok.. i need to start from something while I am applying for the best jobs... but after interview she said that I am not proper one I thought I will fall down on the floor... master degree, certification of a military interpreter from school in London, credentials from British Government and this... ha.... oh well.. I guess i need to wait for my green card and go to work with Army as my qualification is military interpreter, and anyway they invited me... but i am ok, and still applying for different jobs...

Don't you worry Elmira, about the job at Disney I'm pretty sure you were over-qualified and that was the reason they didn't hire you. But things will be ok I have experienced the same problem when applying for some jobs and got the same response. I also have a Masters degree from London and excellent credentials.

where did you work in UK? I used to work for BAE Systems, but in kazakhstan.. as soon as I saw "aerospace".. i thought about BAE... yeah.. with our professional skills we need to wait for green card...

Just got a quick question. I see that many of you get approval notices for your I-765. I never got an approval, I just got the notice saying that "the card production had been ordered". I'm just wondering why some of you receive the approval email and the card produciton order email. I suppose it's another computer glitch.

Also, I'm a little worried that my case has not been transferred and I have not had any touches on my I-485 since biometrics.

so it means you got your EAD!!! Congratulations!!!!! I guess people just use a word "approved"

Yeah... i need to have a green card or be a citizen.. it is government job.. but they are very keen, I guess, and asked me to call them as soon as i have green card.. but for now I am applying everywhere.. i am interpreter but same time I even applied for Disney administration position (I live in orlando)...

I love my job (as a military interpreter), so hopefully I will stick with Army...
