Agreed...it can be a red flag if it looks like the "set up" is a means for family members to immigrate to the US. Meeting through a fiance of an aunt has no immigration benefits for either of them, so that's not even on the table. Even if it were, a strong relationship overcomes that.

I don't believe so as long as you have evidences of bonafide relationship. I am from Philippines as well and I didn't have any issues. Met my husband through my aunt.
My uncle (aunt's husband) is a co-worker of my husband back then. We are now happily married and immigration processes has been smooth sailing so far. No issues with my K-1 visa and No issues with my AOS. I am due for ROC next year. 

I just wanted to ask if HAVING MET THROUGH A FAMILY MEMBER is considered a red flag? I met my fiance through his co worker which is also the fiance of my aunt that time and now they are happily married and stayed in USA. Will there any be problem for me? We are crrently waiting for our NOA2 for the K1 Visa.
