Hello guys!
My wife just received her Green Card! We recieved the "card being produced" on june 11. I didn't post immediately on the forum just to make sure it wasn't a glitch and just waited until recieved the actual card! We got NO RFE, NO Interview, Our case got transferred to Nebraska, she had biometrics appointment (we went together) and we mailed our ROC on july 11 of 2018
I wanna thank everybody for the good vibes and responses to our questions, thanks to Nebraska Service Center and God bless the US.
Any questions you can ask me, stay positive.

I don't see why they would deny the case if they didn't reject it from the start.

Letter received. Transferred to: NEBRASKA.
What now? 🤦🏻♂️
I'll say just wait for the approval and hope not to get RFE

Recieved the letter today! My wife's case got transferred to Nebraska.
What do they exactly mean when they say "we have completed a preliminary review of the application or petition" ?
Does that mean that they viewed our information and "passed", what they call a preliminary review ? Or ???
Sorry just curious.

I also got a notification yesterday for this. Waiting to see what the letter says.
I guess the good/bad part depends on where it has been transferred to.....
oh okay, so some office's are more complicated or just take longer to approve than others office's?

my wife's case was transferred to new office yesterday! Is that bad or good?

You could provide chat logs and call logs, to show a daily communication with your wife, any joint membership, joint subscriptions, my wife is insured on our car insurance even though she doesn't know how to drive yet (making sure we both our save), any pre qualified credit card or loan notices sent to both of you with same address, car title with both names, tax transcripts, credit scores showing that bureau's have registered same addresses, pictures pictures pictures, marriage certificate, (I sent our marriage certificate translated from Spanish to English), pay stubs showing same address, any documents showing your wife as emergency contact or vice versa! List goes on! Like someone said , sometimes they want updated information to see if you guy's are still together and it's fully understandable. Good luck! Best of wishes

Just got back from my biometrics appointment. It was fast and efficient. Picture and fingerprints were taken.
Within a month, I'll be filing for naturalization. I imagine it will be arranged along with the removal of conditions.
Just finished my wife's biometrics appointment. Fingerprints, pictures and signing of paperwork were done. Very fast and very polite staff! So now we just wait for any update and GC?

Thanks for the reply neighbor.
Good point. The lease agreement formats have varied from Atleast two places I’ve been living at. So they are not consistent.
Also, I did not send the drivers licenses of the both of us because, the old address was reflecting on her DL. She is no longer driving now, so she hasn’t renewed her license. I’ll ask her to get a state ID and send that along with my DL.
Regarding finances, I think I have submitted enough.
I’ll try and get another letter from the apartment management to show them that we are residing together since we moved, back in 2016.
I have not received the letter from USCIC yet. I’m lining up my ducks in advance.
I will keep you posted.
Thanks!
If you can, send car title with both names on it. Send DL or ID showing same address, job pay stubs showing same address, any loan's done together, 401k plan at least showing on of you as beneficiary. I sent my lease month to month agreement sign by both of us and by the tenant, notarized aswell, it looks very professional and standard lease agreement

I keep in touch with the people living in my previous address, in case anything goes there instead. Maybe you could try and check in there every other month?
I called customer service but couldn't get in touch with them but on my daily digest from USPS, shows that I should be receiving something from them tomorrow on my current address! Hopefully a waiver. Fingers crossed!

I can't edit my post above, but the letter was just a waiver of fingerprints letter and letting me know the biometrics fee is not being refunded.
On my daily digest from USPS says that I should be receiving something from USCIS tomorrow. Hopefully it's a waiver for biometrics

We received a RFE today.
I'm devastated.
I don't understand what else they could need from us. We submitted everything they asked: stacks of photos, joint lease, joint savings account, bills in our names to the same address, joint insurance policies, cards from others addressed to us, everything.
Could they ask for a RFE if we maybe forgot to fill out a form? I don't understand.
The only thing we forgot to add was testimonies from friends but that can't be it, can it?
We are gutted.
This was supposed to be the release moment.
How long does it averagely take for them to respond to our RFE once they receive it?
All help is appreciated.
What are they asking for on the RFE? Did you have life insurance?

I think it would only delay if you’re living in another field offices jurisdiction.
I moved recently (but wishing the area of my field office anyway) and filed the change of address online. Not sure of the consequences yet, since it’s not time for any news for us July 18 filers.
You are right, I am trying to call customer service to verify if they have the new address on file. I just want to double make sure besides recieving the AR-11 confirmation (PDF file), now that I see some biometric appointments being waived I would hate seeing any notification or letter being sent to to incorrect address. Thanks for the reply

Are any January cases still pending biometric appointments?
-
Has anyone filed a AR-11 after sending package and receiving NOA ? Would that delay anything on cases ?

It's pretty much everyone after April.
Mine has said it since June 7th.Yep, some cases waived the fingerprints but not my wifes. Hopefully it changes or receive some type of update on my wifes case

Quick question! My proof was received on july 11, 2018 and every time I check my case number on the old site it states "my case status does not recognize the recipient number" but when I got to the new site (myuscis) it show's as "case has been received july 11, 2018" and it's been like that for the past 8 months approximately. I was wondering if all July filers have that same issue or is it just me

This is what I sent , hope it helps.

I did not provide utility bill because the rent included all utilities, it states it on the lease. I did not provide any health insurance because I was a temp to hire at my job and didn't have full benefits kick in after like 3 months. Good thing is that now I do have health insurance for me and my wife just in case I get a RFE, We hope we don't.

I included 3 month of call logs between my wife and I. I had Boost mobil at that time and on had 3 months worth ! What I did was highlight all the calls between us and provided a account summary showing my wife's phone and mine, for further proof ! Call logs are very good proof in my opinion, good luck

I only filed online and didn't get any notifications, just the address change request confirmation.
In the new petition I did use the new address and added the old one as previous address though
Correct I got the confirmation as well! And have the form as PDF just in case they need them!

It's a great relief! We are so happy the we might go on a trip to Alaska or Hawaii to celebrate! Thank you
Well she never applied for N-400, my wife is currently learning English and she doesn't feel too confident for the verbal test, so once she knows more English she'll apply for N-400
