    Hi all, just checking in.

Still no word yet on my oath ceremony. I did manage to get thru to an immigration rep at the USCIS office and she told me that they requested the oath ceremony the day of my interview, but that there was a backlog after the holidays. Seeing as there were three major holidays after my interview date, it's understandable.

Hope everyone is doing OK with the new year!

Hoping you'll get your oath ceremony soon! When was your interview? I had mine last week (on the 26th) and have checking daily to see whether it has been scheduled but no luck yet.

And it’s done! The interview was today and i got approved. I am from July thread, however i see people from Jacksonville in this one so i wanted to update those who are still waiting.
It was not a same-day oath ceremony, they scheduled mine for Jan 25th. My I-751 was also processed (approved) today, however, when i check the status of both applications, only N-400 shows updates (the most recent one - oath ceremony notice was mailed). I hope that’s normal?

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!

What time was your interview today? I have mine next week but it's at 3.30pm so my chances of same day oath are close to zero I think

Wow! Did they explain why they rescheduled? Did you have to show up to find out or they sent you a letter?
As for me, they confused the dates - since i will have a combo interview (i-751 pending as well), they first scheduled N-400 interview for the 17th, and  i-751 interview for Friday the 13th. Then they sent me a letter that both interviews will be held on the 17th. However, i will still show up on Friday in case they choose to interview me. Thank you for wishing me luck!

No explanation at all. I only realized because I randomly logged into my USCIS account, I did not receive an email with the de-scheduling of the original interview and the re-scheduling of the new one. Best of luck tomorrow or on the 17th!

Congrats!!! 10 months of waiting all together then? Well, 11 including the time from receiving a notice until the interview! That’s exciting!

I believe if you are not changing your last name, the oath ceremony might happen the same day

Thank you! Yeah by the time I do the interview it will be more than 11 months since I filled N-400. I am crossing my fingers that I can get same day oath and be finished with the process then!

I filled early February in Jacksonville and still waiting for the interview date :( I thought I was the only unlucky one. My 'estimated date' now says 20 days but I'm 100% sure that after the 20 days it will move to 'case taking longer than expected'. It's so frustrating

I finally got my interview notice for January 10th, I'm so happy things seem to finally be moving.

Is there any way to know whether Oath ceremony will happen the same day?

I believe something is wrong in this location, maybe extremely short of staff. Unless there is any one that got through the process quickly.

There are people that have gotten their N-400 process in Jacksonville much faster. We might just be very unlucky. Estimated time is now 11 days for me, but I'm 100% certain that after that the status will change to 'things are taking loner than expected'

Here are some timelines from Jacksonville:

Randomly decided to check my USCIS online account yesterday and interview is scheduled for December 13! 😲

I havent received any letter yet might be tomorrow due to Veterans day.

My interview will be in Raleigh/Durham office. Anyone has any insights to what docs to bring? I got my I-751 approved earlier this year. Do I need to bring my green card and marriage certificate?

Congratulations! They didn't send you an email stating the change in USCIS? (asking so that I make sure I check the website regularly - I assumed that there would be an email notification if any changes to my file occurred)

Applied in January at the New Orleans office. Estimated time states things are taking longer than expected.

Is there still any February filers in Jacksonville office like me still waiting for interview date? Frustrating at this point where my case status says "case taking longer than expected"

I hope we will get our interview notice soon! I can't wait to be done with this process to be honest

Yup but nothing helpful, they said that we were still within the timeframe mentioned on the uscis processing times so there is nothing additional they can tell us. It’s annoying cause we got down to 4 months and then this!

That must be so annoying and so frustrating. I am down to 2 or 3 months (it fluctuates) - filled early February. I'm so tired of this process. I want to be over with USCIS

    Hi Guys!

Has anybody experienced this kind of 'Estimated Time' on USCIS account?

    Thanks!

I haven't experienced it, you must be getting very, very close to the end line! very exciting

I am desperate, I see people filling in June already getting interviews... I filled beginning of February and still nothing. I feel I might be the among the few ones still pending from February 😕

    Hi Guys!

    I'm located in Rockledge, FL.

Anybody from Florida are still waiting? Just getting impatient. :(

    Thanks!

I am also waiting, Jacksonville, Florida. I filed at the beginning of February, still waiting for interview :( It's a bit frustrating to see so many people getting their interviews and oath ceremonies having filed in March/April

Anybody from Jacksonville still waiting? I applied a week ago but been checking older threads to track an approximate timeline :)) I received a Bio reuse notice and ‘Case is actively being reviewed’ within a few minutes of submitting my form online. Things seem to be going fast..

Me! I'm also in Jacksonville. I applied in early February, under the three year rule, and I am still waiting. Case is being 'actively review' for months now 😕 But some people have had their cases processed extremely fast there. I hope you'll be as lucky as them

Congratulations! Now time to study :) So it is not always the case that there is a minimum of 6 weeks before notice and the interview itself, if you were scheduled for July and receiving the notice on the 27th of JUne

Filed Feb 5, just received the notice in the mail. Not even an email notification lol. Interview set for July 15, Baltimore field office. Time to study!
Thanks for the app recommendation I will definitely be using it.

Congratulations! Good luck in the study. One quick question: When you log in online, does the interview appointment appear under documents? even if they didn't send the email?

You maybe in for a rude awakening if your interview is scheduled outside your expected timeline. It’s not written in stone as to when you will get an interview date and while you’re enjoying your vacation outside the country, it would be such a bomber to realize that you missed an interview appointment. My sons had their interview within 6 weeks, my sister got hers in 4 weeks after applying!! Things change for different reasons. If your vacation is not going to be a long one, go ASAP rather than later. If you can’t, then hang on. The opportunity cost may not be worth it. Timelines change.

You are absolutely right and I couldn't agree more. Just to be clear, if I was scheduled for the interview no matter where I was in the world on holidays I would definitely come back for the interview. But because you can see if the interview was scheduled in the documents tab online and because my husband would likely remain in the US he could also see if they sent the letter. Anyway, just speculation. I am here hoping and praying to hear about the interview soon, regardless of the potential holidays. I just want this process over :)

Tampa, which usually has a faster processing time must be lagging. Cause it’s been crickets for us since feb 9.

Same here from another Florida office (Jacksonville). Crickets since early February

Mine is similar to yours. I filed on 02/16/2022 online and I was scheduled 2 days ago (just checked this morning) for July 25, 2022. I am filing based on 5-year rule. Field office is Cleveland OH.

    I am so excited! :)

Time to start gobbling up on those N400 civil practice questions. Lol

Congratulations!!! I can't wait to get my interview scheduled. From what I gather, normally the interview is scheduled for 7-8 weeks after receiving the notification, right? I am trying to plan for holidays outside the US but of course I wouldn't want to be out of the country for when the interview would be scheduled.

Hi all - working through completing my Online N-400 which I can submit on June 15. I am filing Marriage-based so, 3-years post GC date. Im stuck on this Travel Outside the U.S. in the last 5 years question... it sounds like the instructions make it seem like the system autopopulates your travel history but then there is a note that you should correct anything incorrect or missing. How do I answer this? TECHNICALLY, 2017 is 5 years ago, at that time I lived in my home country abroad. I crossed with my K1 Visa October 2018 and since then i have never left the U.S. Do i add in my "trips"/aka living in my home country here since it says 5 years? Do i leave it blank because in my 3-year history i have never left? Any advice would be great. I dont want to enter in all these "trips" that werent trips but me living abroad and make it trigger in the system like i was outside of the u.s. for more than 6-months since well, i wasn't allowed to even live in the U.S. 5 years ago!!!!! lol

Hi, I also filled based on marriage 3 years. I only mentioned travel outside the US since I got my green card. Even if just few days travel you have to mention it, but if you didn't travel outside at all then no need to include it. I do not think you have to mention whether you were abroad before having the GC
