I see early January filers upset that late January filers are aproved and feel left behind you must remember there is a ton of Dec Nov and earlier filers still waiting. Deb and myself are may 18 fillers her Virginia myself Ontario Canada I drive down every three weeks so we are lucky but we still want to get our lives stared again but we cannot forget the ones who started the process long before us. Ya your on day 200 think for one minute about the day 270 or 330 people. Bottom line life isn't fair

just in case i would save all communications between yourself and them document everything. Id say if the loan was taken out before the k1 process began you should be ok if its looked into but could possibly be troublesome if it was taken out after the process started and immigration finds it. its all dependent on circumstances but id try to scrape some money together to give them some good will that you intend to pay the debt hell id have done it monthly while waiting for ead even paying interest portion will get most financial groups to back off.

Well consider this also....
 
we all come from varying backgrounds, some of us (me) are very direct in what we say. Now some people will understand but other may perceive what we say as being rude or lacking empathy. This is not true it is just how we speak and communicate.
 
This is a problem with messages on a board, sms messages and emails, a person can read the words being said, and cannot get the feelings trying to be coveyed. I personally did not see anyone being rude, I read the thread as people giving valid explinations that could cause the delays and explaining that there are other members that was have to endure a much longer wait.
 
it is all in how a person reads it.
