Got a text and email this morning saying "card production ordered" on January 11.

Does it have both of your names on it? Otherwise, not sure what the purpose of it would be.

Even when it's online, it's never really "updated". We received our approval notice in the mail dated December 23, and the last information date online is October 6. For what it's worth.

Yes. GC expired in October. I would imagine they have the information in their computer, but I thought it was interesting that they didn't even ask to see the letter.

They didn't even ask to see his extension letter at customs.

I'm hoping my husband doesn't have trouble getting back into the country tomorrow with his extension letter, with all the "security" measures.

VSC is still within processing time guidelines. I think patience is best.

The child was basically kidnapped. He should be with his biological father.

Hi - this just occurred to me as I was browsing around and read something about an ICE audit at someone's place of employment. I've only seen topics regarding travel with the extension letter, not employment.

Should my husband give a copy of his extension letter to his employer? GC expired at end of October. ROC filed in August (VSC)

I didn't know they did biometrics on Saturdays too. I think Caladan and I are the latest biometrics for August filers.

I think the date that is printed on the NOA1 is the date that is put on the spreadsheet. It doesn't necessarily mean that the NOA1 was received by the petitioner on that day (because that's not reasonable).

Our check cleared today, but we haven't received NOA1 yet either. And the number that is on the check doesn't show in the database (but I could be reading it wrong, since it's not very clear).

We just sent ours off priority mail yesterday to VSC! Wow, how time flies.

Cecy, I was hoping to check back in and see some movement on your status. I can't believe nothing yet. Well, not nothing - you do have a letter that at least shows they recognize you, which has to feel good... but still!
