Hello everyone... I hope everyone is moving a step closer to uniting with their loved one. 
 
Just had a quick update for all those awaiting interviews at the Mumbai Embassy. I spoke with NVC today, they have started to schedule interviews at the Mumbai Embassy from today. 
So I am hoping all of us with CC should hear about our dates pretty soon

Trust you all have been doing great? Oh well,im now a Legal Permanent Resident Of the US of A.
 
Arrived the Los Angeles International Airport on Sept 22nd 2018 at about 1:23pm PDT.
The queue was really a long one but joined it and finally it was my turn. 
 
The first officer asked for my name,husband's name,date and place of marriage,date and place of birth and made me declare what i came in with on a customs sheet I was given on board,wrote on my documents,finger printed and snapped me then told me to wait for another officer who came and took my package from me,asked for date of marriage and if there's any change on my address,made me sign on a document thereafter,he Inspected and admitted me into the U.S with the CR1 stamp on my passport.

Congratulations to all those who got their visas approved and a special congratulations to my beloved sister @Mrs Prestige  who woke me up with the great news that her visa was approved today. I'm so happy for you sis because we finally made it. 
 
To all those still waiting for their interview letters,my prayers and thoughts are with you guys.

3 days to interview. so nervous! plz pray for us. thanks a lot.

Passport received with visa on 23rd September without any envelope. Planning to travel USA in the middle of October, InshaAllah. 😇 
 

Hello guys I just got to the United States 🇺🇸 today POE SEATTLE WAS VERY FAST AND EASIER THAN I EXPECTED,will write a review later 

Woohoo I just received word that the case is complete from NVC! So happy!!! In line for an interview soon!

It all depends on how busy your embassy is. 
There is no fixed time as to when you can expect an interview date. Once the case is complete, NVC lines it up for interview appointments. But the appointments can only happen once the embassy shares the vacant slots. 
 
Usually appointments are fixed between the last week of the month and the first few days of the next month. So fingers crossed!

We are CEAC, and today we received a message and email saying all of our documents are received and approved! Does this mean case complete?

Oh wow! This is news to us. 
It must have been a very recent development.
We submitted our documents on the 1st of September. Maybe the conversion happened post that. 
 
Hopefully this would mean a faster interview date for all of us.

@Saanish Is India pivot now? I just called nvc and they asked me to upload documents on ceac website. They said our documents which we sent by fedex will be returned back.

I am over the moon today as I have finally received the cc.

Hi! How long does it take for non pivot case to get case complete! We’re finally able to send our documents on Monday and just wanted to know. Thanks in advance 

Yes. It does reach them earlier but I believe it shows in the system once put in the file or the system and that is how they calculate the received date.
