  1. Instead of the template you guys are using, please make something like this. this is very detailed. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19rv0w-Ls_-225a0AqzhsTObXb2DcT07oACpdIHhn9dE/edit#gid=0
  2. Thank you for your reply. Decree is required as per online filing instructions. It asked me to upload any previous marriage docs.
  3. Hi VJ Experts, I'm ready to file under 5 years rule and below is what im sending with my application online. Please help me add or remove anything that you see not necessary . Copy of my 10years Green card Divorce decree Marriage license of my current marriage. copy of the n400 withdrawal letter (previously filed). Any input will be highly appreciated. Thanks
  4. Hi VJ Family, below is the situation i'm in and need your help. -Applied N400 under 3 years rule. -got divorced while N400 was pending, told the interviewer that im getting divorce. she said they cant make a decision right now, 8 months passed nothing happened. i withdrew my case, got confirmation latter from USCIS that my case is withdrawn. -Now i'm again eligible under 5 years rule. - Married to a USC. - when i do "U.S. Citizenship Eligibility Quiz" online and answer this below question as NO "Have you been living in marital union with your U.S. citizen spouse for at last 3 years? No then it says "We are Sorry. Based on the answers you provided in the Questionnaire, you likely do not meet the criteria set forth by the USCIS to file an U.S. Citizenship (Form N-400) application." But when i answer yes to the question it says that i'm eligible. For some reason its assuming that i'm applying under 3 years rule. can i bypass that by saying that yes to question above and apply? any help will be appreciated. Thanks
