Can anyone tell me that after RFE response has been sent and USCIS received them then what is the time frame in which they have to make a decision? is it 60-90 days or no time frame at all?

Finally sent my RFE yesterday and also done with my bio metrics yesterday.  Now the wait begins AGAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

i  have just received a notification that Request of evidence has been sent to me on 04/22. I have filed with divorce waiver and i did submitted everything which i had. I do not have any new thing to send in response to RFE. can anyone advise what to do.

Also how long it takes after submission of RFE to get decision since i   already have travel plans for june and i have ticket and everything so should i cancel that trip because if they did not approve RFE i will not able to return to USA. what are my option???

After the RFE, my wife's green card was approved on 4/10. 

Strange after all the evidence we sent.. and then for RFE the only thing we sent was an affidavit and power of the attorney.

@kirkn09i am a divorced filer and have not received any update ever since i filed. it is still showing "at this time USCIS can not bla bla bla" so still waiting

can someone help me understand a statement. USCIS replied to senator's inquiry that 

" 

Your constituent’s case is pending review with an adjudications officer. Your constituent should receive a notice of action on his case within 30-45 days. Please contact us again if the timeframe has expired and the constituent has not received a notice of action* from USCIS. 

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke."

online status never updated since i filed my case. online status show " can not provide at this time". normally USCIS does not give that accurate statement with a time frame. So that confuses me that is it a random statement or is it really mean something because usually USCUS agents can not see what's going on when they check or at least this is the impression i got after talking with them on 800 number.

can someone advise on this???

i did not received 18 months extension letter. I just received 12 months letter so i went to local field office on 02/20/2019 and got stamp on my passport for 1 year. But they kept my expired green card. i asked him why he is keeping it and he told me that i can either have stamp or expired GC, not both. i have filed with divorce waiver. and my case status says "at this time USCIS can not provide any information". and it has been like this ever since i filed. I have checked both new and old USCIS websites but it's the same.

Any COMMENTS??????

I got the 18 month extension letter, but my case status is the same as yours. I don't think it's anything to worry about. The online case status check seems to be hit or miss.
