My case was rejected with a reason "The Payment amount is incorrect or has not been provided". I filed G-1450 and provided my credit card information and $1225 for (I-131, i-765, i-864). As far as I can tell credit card information I provided is correct. What could have gone wrong?

Also, can I reuse the returned form(s) when I resubmit my application or do I need to startover everything?

when did you file and when did you received the rejection?

I’m from Orange County. Biometrics done last Nov 20th, status was changed to “Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”. No movement until now.

My grandmother died 2 weeks ago, I called the USCIS to have my case expedited so I can go home. They promised to call me back but they never did. Seems like the Santa Ana Office is super slow and inefficient.😢

Sorry to hear that. My i 485 remained to have fingerprint fee received till now. called them seceral times if its normal to have no update even after biometrics. evn the T2 officer cant give me a reliable answer. they say different things in every call.

My wife's case status changed to interview scheduled 20 days after her EAD status changed to new card is being produced. Of course, the timeline depends on your field office. I am in Southern California and the link below was incredibly accurate. Our interview is a day after the low end of the estimate time range. Hope this helps :)

Almost 4 months. Houston filer here. It depends on your local office I guess. Mine is pretty slow compared to others.

    Thank you so much! ❤️

No correlation between the two, answers are meaningless.   Some get interviews before EAD has been approved,  some are a year after.  The rest somewhere in between

    Thanks a lot ❤️

Hi there, for us it was 28 days between biometrics at San Jose, CA to the “ready to be scheduled” notification. My understanding is that this phase happens at the national benefits center in Missouri, so it’s roughly similar for most applicants, unless there’s a delay due to RFEs etc.

Of course from that point it may be 7 months to a year for the actual interview here in SJ or even longer for SF(sigh). Apparently LA and SD applicants get interviews much faster so if you’re in Pasadena you may be better off than those of us in the Bay Area. Best of luck to everyone!

Thank you so much for your reply. I hope processing for all of us will be faster ❤️
