Wife did paperwork for USCIS. I mistakenly trusted her. Ask anyone of the 50% of people out there if they thought their marriage would last forever when they got married. Did they misplace trust? I am looking for people in my position to organize against green cards for short marriages.

I think that there is no perfect solution, but yes, if there is a short marriage, then everybody should have the right to support themselves or to go back. I do not think that someone married for a month should be entitled go go after $30k/year for life. Do you?
 
Anyone American thinking of signing an i864 beware!

I am not here for blame, I am here to change policy. I do not think that someone should get lifetime support in excess of a million dollars for marrying someone.
