I'm not a 100% sure if NVC will accommodate your request. Most applicants that I work with change there mind after the file reaches their Embassy. If that happens to you then follow my directions below.
 
If you wish to have your immigrant/fiancée visa file transferred from one Embassy to another U.S. Embassy/Consulate, please contact the appropriate U.S. Embassy/Consulate directly in the country where you wish to apply and follow their instructions for case transfer. I actually have a question for you, still waiting on NOA2, and my fiancé and I are seriously thinking to have our case transferred from Abu Dhabi UAE, to Islamabad Pakistan.... I believe we need to make this request for transfer once at NVC stage...I haven’t found like a transfer case forum, unless I’m blind and not seeing it😅😅😅😅😅

Don't be surprised that there are a lot of silent noa2 from this week. Seem there person who inputs the info into website gets a week off every month. 

Maybe it has something to do with Trump saying he was gonna shut down the government for his wall on Sunday hahha! Just kidding.... it might not be for that reason but it is odd!

I wonder why there haven't been any approval this week so far.  Is this normal?

204 days but still nothing from USCIS

That’s right.. that’s the only consolation we get as of this moment. 

The good new is they will definitely get around to everyone’s case. 

That’s so true.. The worst case is, We have nothing to do about it. We can never raise any question to them. So sad...😢😢😢

I agree.. Thanks for the words of encouragement.. Been a LONG wait so far.. Since we tried Tourist visa a few times.. So we are waiting now 4 years..

I feel worried actually hitting 210days without any news. Cause when you do an inquiry about being outside normal processing, USCIS will just going to give you a standard answer and that is “wait for another 30-45days”. Like what???😱😱😱 That will be another agony on our part. 😭😭😭

Zero idea. As long as we are still within processing time we are still good to go. The only thing we can do now is to wait and to have High Hopes that this week will be our time of approval. 

My NOA1 was Jan10 and it has passed time now, NO RFE Yet or NOA2.. seems to be just stuck waiting... Anyone else have any Idea what is happening???

yes.. it scares a bit....It looks like this or really from January there are too much 200days ppl?

OMG. that's not good. I mean, I'm pretty sure we will be getting RFE but cmon' 220+ days and then another 30 days for them to approve. oh well. 

Oh boy, that's not good. If anything they should sent out RFEs first since they know it takes time for them to send out the Notice and to get it back. So if they know it's gonna delay a couples petition then why send RFEs out even later? I'm saying this bc we forgot some little things in our packet and expect an RFE. So I would want it sooner rather than later since it's gonna delay us in a couple of weeks.

@SilverMonk completely agree with you. Looks like many of us will be in the 200 day + club.

I knowwww... it is really weird, it also might be that since we no longer have the scans we don't really notice how many RFE's are sent out. i wish we had the scans again. 

But you're still well within the time frame lol you haven't even reached your estimated timeline here in VJ. Give it at least 200 days like I'm trying to lol
