Unfortunately no update on the second application yet. It looks like USPS lost it. I am debating how long to wait before sending another application. Don't want to complicate the petition by having two of them out there as it looks like you cannot void / cancel the check and USCIS processes it and slaps you with a $30 fine
Have your received any update yet?

your boyfriend has to obtain citizenship before he petitions for you

I saw that we need to apply for the CR1 visa. If we are in the process can I apply for the internship or some other visa? Do you maybe have a some recommendations where I can search intern? We are now trying to find some intern for me. I'm trying to find every day some new company that I can apply, but for now nobody didn't contacted me. Thank you for your response in advance.
Green card holders can petition/sponsor their respective spouse. I just do not know exactly how long it takes... the lawyer I knew said it may take roughly 2 years.

Unfortunately the person I gave it to ship sent it via first class so i do not have a tracking number to see if it got delivered. I am worried it got misplaced and am contemplating sending another application and make sure it gets sent via a proper tracking number. I can cancel the checks but don't want to make a hasty decision and over complicate it as it just might be taking longer as I applied for both my parents. Both application were mailed the same day in two different envelopes
have you received any update yet?

Has the check been cashed or have you received an official acceptance notice alert (email or text) from USCIS or are you going by the fedex tracking number?

Yes, just filed N400
Wife's GC date is 6/23/15, filed for ROC last May
Filed for N400 (Naturalization) on 3/31/18 (window opened to file 3/25/18 but I was away on business)
Like ROC, you can file 90 days prior to the three year GC anniversary
We filed my wife's also. My wife 3rd year was March 30, 2018 and we filed online April 8, 2018, while the pending to ROC decision. I hope we did the right thing.

No I haven't some tell me not to do it and wait until I recieve my wife's Green Card, some say go ahead and do it, my only issue is they mix up stuff.
That is what I am thinking. I wonder if some here file for citizenship without the GC?
-
did you file for citizenship even though you have not received your removal of conditional permanent residence?
-
Ao, your original location of filing is also Vermont?

it seems that there is no update other than case being received or transferred to local offie. Anyone here received any new update?
