Best to wait for NOA2 because they need to be recent. When you start to fill out DS-160 online, you have 30 days to submit the application or you can’t go back to the saved file unless you save it on your computer. It takes but 10 minutes to fill out DS-160. It’s pretty straight forward. You will have plenty of time between NOA2 and scheduling interview and medical and needing those papers that you can fill all those out during that time. Having said that, what you can do is start gathering the support evidence you’re gonna need at the interview. Like relationship proof, tax returns, W2s, but I wouldn’t send all that information until after NOA2 just to be safe. 

Sending positive vibes to all of us October filers! August cases flew through and I know just by following forums that they don’t have as many September cases. While they will still focus on August this is really good ! Most likely only 3-4 weeks away from seeing october begin !!

For sure You're totally fine! My optimistic side says we'll start seeing October apps begin appearing late March maybe. Crossing my fingers. I'm excited too!
