That’s okay. NVC is closed over the weekend right? So as long as you submit everything prior to Monday morning, there shouldn’t be any delays on your part. 
 
Today was our first wedding anniversary. It was wishful thinking on my part that we may be able to celebrate it together when we received our approval from uscis on Dec 21. We’ve missed so many firsts. I just hope this will all be done soon and I’ll see him. 

My hubbie just checked and the payment status changed to paid...we will be working on the submission of documents and DS260 tonight (it is morning here now)...

I would be annoyed too, so frustrating!! But you're almost there...Hopefully they send it out Monday!

Honestly- I dont think a lawyer is necessary for this process. Everything is pretty much explained on the NVC website. But i do understand some people dont want to risk it. Unfortunately the lawyer probably isnt handling just one case and that will delay things a bit more

I'm happy to announce that my my husband's Visa was approved in Guyana

 she asked me how often did I travel to Guyana
Congratulations your Visa was approved
Then she said to him come back on Tuesday the 3rd she stopped herself and asked me when was I returning back to the United States I told her that I was traveling back to the United States on the 3rd. And I would like for us to travel back together . She then said they don't process visas on Thursdays and Friday and Monday are holidays I told her then I will call my boss and request an additional day off would we be able to pick up the Visa Tuesday morning she said hold on let me check something she came back and said come back tomorrow at 1 p.m. to pick up your passport with the VISA

I wonder what's the average time from submitting all the documents until cc for pivot cases. I'm hoping my lawyer will submit my documents this week. Good luck to you.

Case Number 3/15/18
I got my number exactly 2 months later, so for those waiting dont worry soon you will get your number.
 
I completed the IV and AOS on Thursday 3/22/18 but because I have a lawyer I have to wait for him to approve it and submit it...I'm hoping they won't take too long!

My case is being processed using CEAC...I first knew because one time I called the NVC and the agent told me. 

I got my case number today. Exactly 8 weeks after it was received from USCIS. 
 
My case is a pivot case. For this waiting, it seems like 8 weeks is the norm now. Yours will come soon. Good luck
